Great service , clean , friendly and a wonderful menu, pancakes n bacon scrambled eggs with fruit for breakfast , just yummy, but coming back for the scrummy afternoon tea. A great place offering something a little different to just fish n chips, sausage n chips or burger n chips etc.

Amazing coffee shop! Gorgeous homemade cakes (we had Victoria sponge, sticky toffee and chocolate brownie), lovely milkshake and hot chocolate (made with real chocolate shavings!). The coffee was good too. Really lovely service from this family-run coffee shop - we'll definitely return!

The BEST place in town for breakfast. Highly recommend the veggie breakfast even if you aren’t veg because the sausage, the cheese, the avocado toast…absolute heaven. We have been here about a month now and it’s the only place I still crave. Their brownies practically melt in your mouth. Very friendly service, also great place to buy local honey! I’m from America and honestly I’d travel the ocean again just for the veg breakfast. Wow!

My favourite coffee shop. We always look forward to going to Goodies whenever we visit Barmouth. Lovely cosy atmosphere. The Coffee is soo nice ( I'm usually a tea drinker!) The cake is always lovely & fresh and the staff are lovely & friendly. Had a toastie today which was spot on. It can get quite busy but that's because it's good 😊 highly recommend.

Such a good find! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but after seeing some good google reviews about how good the coffee was, we decided to give it a go and we’re not disappointed. I had a chicken Caesar salad (not just your average lettuce and dressing: chicken, bacon, poached egg and Parmesan too), my husband had a breakfast bagel and the kids shared a ploughman’s board. The ploughman’s was incredible - how they can make any profit with the portion size and variation they provide is amazing, and all for only around £8! Oh….and the coffee was amazing too!

Really nice breakfast and good value for money compared to the other locals. Similar price but nicer sausages and bacon, also a black pudding included not an extra. Went one day for 2 cooked breakfasts and after seeing the pancakes the wife had to go back for some the next morning. Both visits had good service and friendly staff. Coffee was served in a nice big cup and tea came with a pot adding to the value. They have a breakfast and dinner menu so be aware of your turnup time

Absolutely incredible! Went to Barmouth area on holiday, and stumbled upon this cafe just off of the sea from. I'm a bit of a coffee nerd, and the coffee was incredible! Food was amazing, a little bit of a wait but it was all cooked fresh to order and there were a few families who had ordered before us! Perfect start to a lovely day!! Thank you

It's a great coffee shop. Airy, clean and not too busy. Lovey staff, efficient and with pleasant dispositions. More locals than tourists, which is usually a good sign. Not expensive. PowerPoint near the entrance if you need to charge a device.

Amazing! Visited the other day before my hike in Wales and the customer service was great! Only bought a brownie but it was the best thing ever, will be asking for the recipe!

Best place for coffee in Barmouth by a country mile. Coffee was served at a good temperature, i.e., you could drink it the moment that it was served to you. Milk was frothy, steamer was used as it is supposed to be. If you go anywhere else for a coffee in Barmouth, it is clear that they do not know how to operate a coffee machine. The two girls working behind the counter were extremely polite. Should I ever return to Barmouth, this will be the place I get my coffee from.

Day trip to Barmouth yesterday and Goody's was recommended to me by someone on coach. I had a lovely sandwich ( bacon, brie and cranberry) with a few salad items and crisps on the side. It was delicious as was the flat white coffee. The young lady who seved me was lovely and very efficient. Called back later to collect 2 pieces of cake which were boxed up separately (one was for a friend) and just had time for another coffee. Hope to be back sometime. Really recommend Goody's.
