A fetching pub with a big garden and a few good casks. We enjoyed two delightful nibble plates with our drinks. We shall return, without the mutt, for a three courser. The young barman is a gent. Top notch!

Simply wonderful. The food is so full of flavour. Loved everything. Children are very welcome without wishing they were served grilled. Service efficient and friendly. Looking forward to returning this Sunday for another treat..

What a gem!! I was recommended this place by a friend and we were hugely impressed. We were really looked after by the friendly staff and the food was immense. Will def be sharing this one with friends and family.... and bringing the kids back next time to try out the big play area in the garden.

Excellent gastropub. It is always difficult to satisfy my wife who is variously vegetarian, vegan, and carbohydrate free (not always at the same time). This pub, which even had poke bowls, passes her tests, and mine. I had gambas and a steak. We paid £40 a head Inc drinks.

Came here for a private event, can't comment on prices, but the staff, food and drink were all excellent ! Definitely looking to return at a later date. Only thing stopping it getting 5 stars is it's a bit modern for some who prefer "classic" pub atmosphere, others may prefer it though.

Had a lovely early dinner with family there last night, the place looks great, lots of outdoor seating, lots of fun for kids at the playground so we could enjoy few drinks in the sunshine, the food was very nice and service good, definitely coming back, keep up the good work.

Fantastic meal. A little chilly sitting outside, but can't be helped and staff did all they could to make things as comfortable as possible :-)

Very good food. Good atmosphere. Very busy. Service was slow as one staff was missing, but we didn’t mind.

Our local pub and absolutely love it. Very friendly staff who are always very accommodating. Food is always amazing and they do the best Sunday roast and by far the best sticky toffee pudding! Also the best pie I have ever had. A fantastic place in the winter and a beautiful garden for the summer. Dan and Hannah!

A warm friendly welcome in a very busy pub following a long Sunday walk. Most people were eating but it was no problem to fix us up with a great coffee.

Country pub with a lovely garden. A shade sail keeps you cool on hot days.
