A lovely old fashioned pub with an inn on top. Place is clean and adorable but the rooms are small (so small in fact, that there's no place to open a suitcase) and a bit stuffy. Food at the pub is good with large portions.
A fantastic local pub that has regular live bands /acts. In an area that is popular for a traditional pub crawl. There are many pubs to visit. Staff are friendly and prices are extremely competitive, a warm welcome greets all that visit. Ample car parking is provided. Outside seating is provided, Wheelchair accessible. Many different kinds of nights are offered including special bikers nights as an example. Easily accessible from Worksop and surrounding areas including the McDonalds, KFC and the hotel situated at Barlborough roundabout and M1.
Fantastic welcome from friendly staff. Great food and a brilliant live band night. We were in the area hospital visiting and wanted something to eat quite late on. Called off at the Dusty Miller and nothing was too much trouble for them. Was just going to have food but once the band started we stayed till late! A really enjoyable evening out and although we live about 40 minutes drive away we will be going back.
Called in for lunch. We were made very welcome. Big choice of food and a list of vegetarian specials. Good selection of homemade desserts. Lovely views across open countryside. Live bands Saturday night. Well worth a visit.
Generous food portions. Always have a delicious meal here. Not a lot of menu choices, but definitely value for money. Excellent puddings. Friendly and courteous staff.
Spent two nights staying here and would certainly come again. The room was comfortable and very clean. Meals were well prepared and everybody (staff) were both friendly and helpful throughout my stay. To sum up, I would say it excellent value for the price charged.
We received a very warm welcome, the food was really good, full English breakfast was MASSIVE there was a live band on Fri night called Acoustic Angels, they were brilliant, ( on till midnight) so no going to bed before then! The rooms were clean & comfortable, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, could have done with a shelf or bathroom cabinet & there was only 1 plug socket, we had to boil the kettle on the bedside cabinet which wasn't ideal, apart from that we had a great stay & would definatly stay again.

Friendly pub/restaurant with amazing food (even for us veggies and vegans) and some great live bands on too, what is there not to like! Staff are friendly and helpful too. Also great views overlooking the countryside.
We stayed overnight and had a wonderful evening meal. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely and clean with all the facilities needed .... if a bit small !
