We went to the Friskardo restaurant in Fairlop waters for my wife's birthday and most say this is one of the best restaurants we have been to. Excellent service , the food was lovely with our cake well preserved, the waiters attended to all our needs and even extras. Will definitely go back any day. Such a lovely and welcoming environment with great service. Thank you to all the staffs.
Fantastic night out!. I went with my family for my 21st birthday meal, and we were all extremely impressed with every aspect of Fiskardo! We had the £12 set menu, which was great. The starter was generous, varied and very tasty, and the main was well cooked and there was plenty of it. (They even brought out a veggie option at the last minute too, as we'd forgotten to tell them at the time of booking.) The waiters were attentive and stopped to joke with you. But the best part was the evening entertainment - by the end, everyone was up dancing, and the atmosphere was fantastic! From a seven year old to her grandma and everyone in between, we all really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended, for the food, entertainment and atmosphere - we will be back. Thank you!
Fabulous!. I have to admit when I booked it was a last minute Saturday night trying for a table for six. We didnt have great expectations but I have to say we were bowled over ! Although the outside looks rather unfriendly and to be honest a little unwelcoming (its set behind a bar) Once in the atmosphere was terrific. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - great sense of humour but not obtrusive. We all had Meze which, having been to Appollonia in Gants Hill the week before, was stunning- best I have had for years. Incredibly fresh food, large portions, approx 30 dishes, meat was just perfect. Prices were excellent - we had 6 Meze, 2 bottles of wine, four desserts and around 8 soft drinks and paid £58 per couple including a 10 percent tip).
Highly recommend it and will be going back.
We had our wedding party at this restaurant and from the time of preparation to the actual day we only received the best service and advice. Socrates made the whole experience so smooth and on the day the whole team were very professional, helpful and supportive. All my guests praised the food, the restaurant and the service. Highly recommend this venue.
We came to celebrate my Mums Birthday and the whole experience was exceptional. Great food, great service, very flexible and accomodating. The Kleftikho (slow cooked lamb) melted in your mouth. Generous portions and great value for money. Also a great location with a view overlooking Fairlop waters. This place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended.
Great food, fresh and big portions. Very good service. As we had a wheelchair user, they offered a table in separate room with a grwat view by the window. Will go back and recommend to visit.
For years one of my favourite places to eat whether inside, or outside. Perfect place when i eat out alone, as it's not a crowded place, or i wouldn't on my own. Staff are always friendly, helpful and fast service with great tasting food.
Always can't wait to start eating even more when plates presentation always laid out with so much effort and thought put into

The food is exceptional and the portions are big. Everything we tried was so delicious just like homemade food. It is worth going there even inly for a meal.
It's a nice place, the staff were good. The toilets were a bit of a disgrace, especially the ladies toilets. But apart from that a satisfactory experience.
