Popped over to catch up with an old friend I hadn’t seen for 5 years. Brilliant venue. Beautiful location on a late summers evening. Recommend popping in
We stopped at the Grumpy Goat on the way to Bury for breakfast and were not disappointed. The pavilion is great and the food was exactly what we needed. The staff were all really friendly and we'd recommend this place to everyone.
First time I've been, a big group of people with diverse orders which went absolutely without a hitch. Great service, cheerful staff, good prices lovely food. What's not to like?!
Easy parking, pleasant staff and lovely food. I can only vouch for the breakfast as I've only ever been there in the morning, but they do have a bar with great views of the cricket ground. Very warm with underfloor heating.

The staff were really friendly and a 90th birthday party was going on in an a
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. I had the Chicken, Bacon and Chilli Jam which was amazing. It did take some time for the pizzas to be made but well worth the wait. Enjoyed the game of cricket in the afternoon with the sun shining. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
Lovely food and refreshments for fair price.Friendly staff.
Lovely food in a beautiful setting at a great price!!
Lovely breakfast if a little cool. Maybe a veggie sausage instead of cheese. Great place and local to us. Keep going. 😁
