One of the better Starbucks, and a much needed stop on one of the longest, busiest roads east to west.
Always lovely staff, and nice and clean.
Still has comfy chairs, which is rare, and hasn't moved to the spartan, McDonald's style interior.
Shame it isn't open later, but I suspect the footfal
The queue took ages (as usual). But it's worth the wait. My flat white was absolutely delicious, my brother had a strawberry frappe coffee thing and said that was first class too.
Always enjoy their caramel shortcake too.
Very nice starbucks near the wall is definitely worth it to stop by on your way home as a treat. Most starbucks aren't amazing, and this one isn't amazing wither, but as Starbucks go, it's the nicest I've seen with no long line.
It was brilliant and a welcome.change to usual services, garages etc, an excellent idea to get this on the A69, the service was quick and friendly, the food and coffee were hot and served quickly what more could you want !! Cheers Abi
Service was the worst I’ve had at a Starbucks, tables not wiped down, had to ask staff for cutlery and napkins.
Just no care given at all

There’s a large selection of cakes and coffees available.
The tuna melts are beautiful and I’d really recommend them.
Eat In with lovely mountains, horses and sheep’s at back drop. 🅿️ is well spaced.
Waiting time is more due to limited resourcing as same person does billing and preparing the order
Few summer drinks out of stock in evening 😞
It's a great place to stop off for a break if you are travelling East to West across the A69 (Newcastle to Carlisle)
The staff are always friendly & helpful.

We think it has one of the best views of any 'Starbucks' coffee shop ! Looking across the A69 towards the
Hayley and Reece are very helpful and friendly. Staff are always doing their best to give the best service possible. Drinks are top standard!
There was a queue but only one member of staff on the counter. There was another member of staff who came from behind, but seemed to be doing paperwork. She ignored the queue and went to another room again
