The food is great most of the time. the prices are pure daylight robbery, near £30 for a large pizza. Food is nice but prices make it not worth it.

I saw a lot of negative reviews so tried them twice before commenting. Both times the pizzas were delived quickly, warm and were cooked just right.

Quality and presentation is always great, no doubting that the food is very tasty but several times a placed delivery order hasn’t shown up or an order hasn’t been received due to technical errors on their system. Thankfully from my experience they always try to make up for these issues.
I'm not a massive fan of pizza but as I'm sure every father succumbs to their children's requests now and again.
Well this visit didn't go to plan as when my name came up that my order was ready I immediately said to counter staff who discovered that a driver had just left with one of my pizzas. Staff member was great, being very apologetic and giving me a couple of free drinks for the hassle of having to wait for the replacement. When the order finally came he also provided me with the original pizza so I had 2 freshly made and one of the originals. That was great customer service and if that's the way they handle mistakes then they will not lose any customers.
Food has always been good quality when I have ordered from there. I am only not posting 5 stars due to a few minor issues with home delivery where either an item was missing or the wrong item was delivered. However in all of these cases, the team in Bangor were excellent at correcting this for me
Staff were very helpful, the app while extensive was also very confusing so I went to the shop instead and got sorted very quickly and the pizza was good!
Pizza for myself and the kids. Margarita and New Yorker, buy one get one free for collection so decent value. We all enjoyed them.
Service is quick and easy, online app is so easy to use. pizza could have done with a little less tomato sauce but overall, i still ate it
