I have been to bay lands quite a few times. We were just going to have scones and coffee but changed to poached eggs and toast which were lovely and piping hot. Would certainly recommend baylands

Always have a lovely service when me and my partner Tracey visits. Richard the manager was off the last time, whom we always have great food off. This time it was Simon (I think) the owner. We really enjoyed it, exceptional. Really looking forward to my next trip over to Northern Ireland in February.

A short walk from the beach with outside seating. Although close to the road, the road itself is not busy so it's a pleasant spot to sit outside in the sun. The food is great and the staff are attentive. What else do you need.

Great wee coffee shop only a stone's throw from the sea. Staff are great and it is not overly expensive. If you are around Ballyholme and fancy a rest and a coffee you could certainly do worse than visit this friendly little place.

Great spot for a chat, a scone, lots of butter and a lovely glass of water 💦💧 if you're not into coffee 💯🤔 Great service always with a smile and a bit of banter 😂

Lovely wee place to drop into for coffee or a bite to eat. Food and coffee are delicious and this is complemented by great friendly service. A real change from the corporate coffee shops...totally recommend this place.

Lovely quaint little coffee shop within Ballyholme village. The selection for morning coffee was plentiful, on this occasion it had a pancake with lemon juice and sugar, (couldn't find anything more northern Irish) and a cappuccino! The pancakes are large and fluffy and the cappuccino was made well with lots of foam and nice and warm. It's nearly always busy here but we were able to snag a good table with plenty of space for our party of 4. They have a disabled access bathroom which was clean and well stocked with toilet paper etc.

Walk in and you are treated like old friends by the staff. Even with all the customers through the doors, they remember what you like and can just order "the usual" Proper local friendly cafe that none of the big chains could dream of being like. Oh, and the actual coffee is lovely too!

TBH I only buy the coffee to take away. I walk at nearby Ballyholme Beach and Ballymacormack Point. The coffee is excellent and reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly and polite. I drive down from Belfast and used to bring coffee with me. No need to any more, Baylands' is exceptional. Next time, I'll try a tasty snack.
