From entering the door to exiting on our 4th day we were made to feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Catered for in every way, rooms were fabulous, clean and tidy. Customer service was 10 out of 10, will 100% stay again.
Superb Chinese restaurant. I ate here 2 nights in a row because it was so nice. Restaurant was fully booked which was a testament to its quality but the staff managed to squeeze me in.

Celebrated my mums 61 birthday at the Garden hotel an restaurant Cantonese. Amazing Food! Really inviting place an people, our servers were very friendly an accommodating. Brilliant service & lovely atmosphere.

Food Excellent drinks over priced. Menu a little confusing with having to add additional cost for rice, making it on the pricey side. Bit skimpy with the prawn crackers but still had an excellent meal.

Ok, if you are ever in or around Bangor this place is a must! We live 2 hours away and a couple of times a year we drive up to Betws-y-Coed. Incredible gluten free menu!
Very friendly service, attentive to all our needs. The restraint provides a lovely atmosphere and the food was amazing. I would highly reccomend and will be going back soon.
Absolutely love this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful food that caters amazingly for gluten free. There's a huge choice (as well as vegan amd vegetarian) and very trustworthy in terms of cross contamination. They seriously know their stuff. Staff are fantastic and so friendly.
