Extremely rude staff... One in particular...a young girl with tattoos was shockingly bad mannered

Apart from the fact that the sausage rolls are luke warm and when asked to heat it up was told they couldnt do that.although they were already heating up a toasted sandwich id brought also. Strange! But customer service good.
