I had a really nice coffee and the lady serving was friendly. I did however have to wait quite some time and was left to handle the card machine and receipts myself, but this was understandable - lunchtime, in a busy shopping centre a few days before Christmas. Why is only one person working? I would have marked down for the wait but it is not the fault of the lady working. How is one person supposed to make drinks, food, clear tables, wash crockery and man the till? I later walked past the other cafe of the same name, presumably same owners, and there were 3 or 4 people on shift from what i could see. It was clearly unmanageable for one person to provide prompt and personable service, and I don't think the comments in the other review by the owner about the staff should be made in a public forum.
Delicious tasty, and freshly pressed juice and fruit smoothies, and service by friendly staff too. Very reasonable price list. Nice addition to Lock29 😀🧉
One of my favorite coffee places! The smoothies are one of a kind and they are made of real fruits! I love their atmosphere. The staff are always very kind and helpful! Coffee has excellent taste 🤩
