A great extensive range of items, from designer items to branded affordable items. The store itself is very neat and tidy, which shows the staff obviously take care of it however when I visited at around 5.45pm on a Monday I struggled to find a member of staff to help me locate a specific item.

Quite empty which helped me do my shopping alone.Great for quick visits.

An uninspiring branch of Debenhams with lacklustre product range & inattentive staff (unless you want to be doused with cheap after shave against your will). The Merry Hill store is infinitely better plus the parking is free.

As department stores go, this store has an extensive range of products. Clothing and homeware are very mainstream so I didn't really see anything to buy. At the end of a good stroll around the store we visited the cafe for snacks. Staff were polite and our snacks enjoyable.
