A wonderful village pub and the restaurant has been refurbished and Kimberly Wynn the plough landlady is open for bookings every Sunday. Her home 🏠 cooked Sunday dinners are delicious and great value for money. You can still book for Christmas 🎄 day festive dinners.5stars

Supportive of the live local music scene. Can be tight for space (as a musician). Friendly staff. Perfect for a quiet village pint or a rocking Saturday.

Very friendly village pub with great staff. Has a nice secluded garden which is just perfect for sitting with a newspaper on a sunny lunchtime with areas of shade. Even does take away Sunday lunch.

We called at The Plough Inn on a Tuesday lunch time. It was our first visit and have to say the atmosphere was very welcoming. There was a friendly barmaid and a lovely open fire. The lunchtime menu was varied, well priced, and included hot and cold food. We sat in the bar, but had a look inside the restaurant area which was empty during the day but looked very inviting for an evening meal. A very relaxing and pleasant visit. Will go again.

The pub is my fav of the two in Bodicote. The garden is a beautiful place to spend the afternoon - all the details in there will keep you enough entertained (look for the new, the spiderweb). Beer, in my opinion is not particularly impressive, and I tend to stick to lager for that reason. I have heard good things about the roast, but being a vegan I don't usually want to pay unless there are options for me. There is new management, so I shall cross my fingers and maybe will be reviewing a nut roast soon!

Did a very good job of catering for a function for us today. The new landlady is doing well would be interested in seeing a menu to see what the restaurant food is going to be like

Friendly pub, lovely outdoor area to shelter from the rain with 4 beers on draught. A ye olde pub.... can't go wrong. Not a youth pub!
