We weren't offered the free glass of wine each when we ordered! It wasn't till we noticed on the menu after we'd ordered that a free wine is offered on Monday's. We did then go back and ask for it!

Couldn't believe the amount of choice there was gluten free! Was absolutely blown away by the vast amount of choices I had. Staff were really friendly and approachable and the atmosphere was lovely, really relaxed and the decor was so interesting!

Staff at Pinto Lounge are always very helpful and friendly. Food is always consistently good as well. The menu changes but the food remains tasty. The only negative is that it can be quite noisy in there.
The BEST beef burger I have had in a long time. Great food for those with food allergies. Specific gluten free and vegan menus. Staff were very accommodating to amendments needed for my order. Would thoroughly recommend. The Lounges never disappoint!

We travelled out here for breakfast and really enjoyed ourselves. They had good options for vegetarians and accommodated the pancakes so they had no meat on them. The service was fast and easy as you could order online using the QR code. A decent price and nice atmosphere.
A great place to meet with friends for a coffee and a quick bite to eat. It can be busy but there always seems to be room. It is easy to get to from the council car parks. A great place to sit and people watch if that's your thing.

Great place to visit, so good for vegan and gluten free, plenty of choice for both. You really don't feel you are misding out. Staff are friendly and helpful, service is good too. Love to go there when visiting Banbury
Wonderful service, even though they were busy. They gave an extra dog bowl to keep my dog occupied whilst we ate! Fantastic food, we had mac & cheese, full English, and lounge breakfast. Highly recommended!
