Went for a sunday dinner. 6 of us. 2 salmon 3 beef 1 lamb. Everyone cleared their plate. Great food for price. Great atmosphere. Used to be my local a long time ago for drinks. Very good now for food though.

Food tasted absolutely amazing. Shockingly massive portions. Recommend the lasagne starter but it is the size of a main.

Nice pub with some good food. We went on a Monday night so took advantage of the 2 for £10 burger offer which was excellent value.

Didn't get the opportunity to eat etc. I was at a wake. The sliding doors out back made it pleasant with the glorious weather that day. I've said to my darlin' (who has only ever driven past) that we should try it for food. The staff were all very pleasant.

Went here for a business meeting in the Orangery which is a lovely, airy, spacious well appointed room. There is outside eating and seating which was very pleasant in the warm weather The Wainwright's beer that I drank was a well kept, pleasant drink that I would have had more of had I not been driving. The pub part of the building is full of character and very welcoming. I would recommend this establishment and definitely visit again when in the area. We didn't eat there and so I can't comment on the food but I am sure it would match the standard of what I have commented on.

Excellent food and drinks. The food is prepared with attention to details. We asked for some minor changes to the meal due to allergies and it was well accommodated but the food did not drop in standards. Friendly staff. Always around an trying to do their best. Very well priced for the experience. We were there on a busy Saturday for more than 2 hours and we did not notice a single unhappy customer.

Excellent venue for a family get-together. We were given a table in the extension which was perfect for a group of 18 with a small child, lots of room to move around and chat. The food choice was varied and suited the vegetarians in the group too. The service was really friendly and professional. Thank you for looking after us so well.

My wife had the Tapas menu & I had the home made Burger. Amazing. I have been put off with tapas in the past due to small plates & little food. This place is the exception to that previous experience. Portion size is enough for two people. Highly recommend. When we retreated to the bar the waitress asked us what drinks we wanted we ordered & my friend said, “some Shalamer on the speakers too” within minutes it was playing out. Great food & great service all the way. 👍

Lunch on Saturday - table was ready and waiting, staff were very pleasant, attentive and couldn't have been more helpful (Ben was brilliant!). The rather complicated food order arrived quickly and correctly and was of good quality. Busy atmosphere with all ages of diners. Everyone seemed happy and unrushed. The humus and prawns were particularly good. First visit since reopening and it won't be our last.
