We have are meetings here on the first Tuesday of every month for the Preston & District Aquarist Society, the staff are always friendly, the drink prices are very competitive and the food is always amazing. 5 stars all the way.

I celebrated my 60th birthday here. Toni and her team include the DJ Mark really looked after us very well. They have two rooms for party bookings it was suggested by Toni that I have the downstairs one as it would be a better size for up to 70 guests. There big room holds 250 so much to big for me. We had a discussion about what food I wanted then on the afternoon of my party we went to set up the room with balloons and banners and the DJ Mark came in to ask what kind of music we would like I asked for 60s 70s and 80s and that is exactly what we got. I can't thank Toni and her team enough we had a very enjoyable night and all my guest's did too.
Myself and my husband had our joint 50th birthday party here. We were both really impressed with all the staff and DJ kept everyone dancing all night!
Came in with friends last night and had one of the best nights in bamber bridge in a long time...music was great, bar staff were brilliant customers were pleasant. Thanks guys keep up the good work 👏

Had our wedding venue here in the Ashcroft room. Throughout the time from booking to the actual day they have been amazing. Answered all my questions and advised on how things will be on the day. The package deal was amazing which helped alot keeping our budget low. The food was amazing and everyone really enjoyed it, the staff were also amazing and very friendly. The DJ we had was really good and played very good songs and was very approachable. Overall we was very happy and definitely recommend the place

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and my 60th birthday on Saturday 5th October.
From booking the hire of the room to the actual date Toni was always quick to respond to any queries that we had..
We would like to thank Toni the DJ and the friendly team nothing was too much trouble, from the bar service to the buffet.

Well kept and cheap beer in friendly backstreet boozer. Former working man's club, the decor is industrial but still cozy. Very quiet when I visited but I imagine it gets busy at weekends or when there is a big game on TV.
As an unhealthy eating, unhealthy lifestyle type of guy I was distressed to find that the Walton Arms does not serve full fat coke, lemonade, Red Bull or anything! Their excuse is the sugar tax but as I'm aware of this and prepared to pay the extra why not serve full fat drinks? The beer isn't low calorie.
Apart from that the alcohol selection is good especially the gins and the lagers and beers are fine. The staff are usually friendly although on one occasion a group of us were so disappointed with a staff members attitude we left our drinks and left. That staff member no longer works there though.
Fantastic atmosphere we used the function room for our fish club and the staff provided us with free sandwiches and the room for just bar profit.

Quiet compact pub nice decor with well priced good beer. I like the games room with a sports nostalgic theme and Pay For View Sports shown on a large screen and television with also a pool table and darts board.
