This Bob and Berts is always pleasant to be in. The staff are always super friendly, fast with their service even when it's busy, and the atmosphere in there is always calming and delightful.
The coffee wasn't great came out lukewarm and was overly strong even though asked for less shots to be out into it. Didn't have any food but they offer a few gluten free options not many
Love this chain breakfast lunch or dinner food is always tasty and well presented. Staff are friendly and happy to help with any special dietary requests. Really comfortable seating.
An ever changing vast menu which always comes out with good quality. Kids menu bit boring for our daughter but she usually ends up ordering from full menu. Drinks menu decent and coffee is not the best but adequate. Always a nice relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff. Always worth a visit.

Lovely selection of cakes available. Was a great stop off for us on up way to Giants Causeway.
I was here recently, and I have no complaints. The food was good, and the service was excellent; my food was on the table in a few minutes after ordering!

Coffee was good but café not very clean
Visited late on a Sunday and had a mishap with my order, which meant it was slightly delayed from the others. The ladies working were so nice and apologetic about it and went over and beyond to make it up to me which was really nice and unexpected!

Absolutely beautiful interior! Lovely variety of food and drink, and such friendly staff! Highly recommend their hot chocolate in the close run-up to Christmas!
Like this chain. Nice to see gluten free options clearly highlighted although disappointingly only 1 (pre-packaged) gf sweet treat on offer. Would be good to at least 1 gf cake on offer. Coffee good, pleasant decor, service fine.
