Costa Coffee on Kings Street, Bakewell, Derbyshire is well worth a visit in this Peak District town.

Marking this down a star because there is just no signal to sign in to the Costa app even when on their WiFi (tried on 2 phones) Other than that, the toastie was nice and hot, I had a vegetarian one and the member of staff used the vegetarian board (not always the case when you go to Costas or similar shops) Paid with a gift card really easily. Very busy because the Christmas Market was on but there is a lot of seating for normal days

This is my regular stop off after shopping in Bakewell. The staff are friendly, welcoming, warm, helpful & chatty. There are small light bites, cakes, toasties - a lovely selection depending on appetite

I have been to various Costa over the UK . The staff at Bakewell store were really nice and pleasant . There was only 2 staff on today customers were really patient . Your staff had to keep apologizing to customers for having to wait! More staff needed .

Open for takeaway drinks and snacks. Pleasant staff and sanitiser to use on entry /exit. Good coffee and discount if use own cups. Still good quality drinks and food. Seeded toast good and get two slices and plenty of butter. No outdoor seating but can do takeout. Sanitiser still available. Toilets for customers.

Good service at the Bakewell cafe today. Bought five raffle tickets for the Costa charity and four won giving me two free small coffees which translated to a larger one for free! The same happened to my friend who was with me so we each had a large free coffee! Can't complain at that... Very friendly staff here who know my friend well as he's here every week.

Sat here for two hours, drying off and reading a book. Typical food choices for a coffee shop, but made quickly and brought to me by pleasant baristas. Clean premises and good WiFi where I was.

Whatever drink you like, Costa can do it to how you like it. I was worried about having decaffeinated in case it wasn't as tasty but I was pleasantly surprised. I've tried teas, coffees and hot chocolates and love the choice of syrup shots that can be added to coffee to boost the flavour.
