Never tried the food here so can not comment. The wife loves the freshy smoothies they have on offer. Wide variety and taste great. There is 1 hour free parking behind co op which is opposite. (It free but you have to get a ticket from the machine)
Plenty of seating and clean inside.
Absolutely amazing! We loved Roost so much, not only does the food taste incredible but it has such a focus on health and well-being. The music was so uplifting and the staff were so happy and welcoming. Dogs are welcome so that’s always a huge bonus !!

As a first time customer here, I was warmly greeted and given an explanation of the menu. Just wanting something to drink, I had the tropical smoothie and it was delicious and very refreshing on a warm & humid day! Staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was completely lovely.Will definitely be visiting this cafe again!
Amazing, guild-free, healthy food and drinks. I absolutely love their homemade granola. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, and dogs are allowed! I love this cafe.
This is a proper modern cafe! Great food, prepared well. They obviously put a lot of care and attention to all their dishes.

Delicious food and health and well-being based. We went for the chicken wrap, filling and tasty. Wouldn’t have realised the whole menu is gluten free if I didn’t know!

Great place to get some healthy paleo food, love the waffles with all the toppings, the gammon wrap is amazing too! Yes it's a little pricier but it's good quality and doesn't make me feel rubbish after. And the team are lovely and friendly!
Great café with tasty health conscious meals.. My wife is a coeliac and can eat everything here... Well worth travelling to. And the staff are lovely
Delicious food and drinks: fresh, tasty and with a unique twist. The gingerbread shortcake just melts in your mouth. I love the values too: friendly service, organic food and encouraging local community: great!
I have visited for breakfast and coffee on two occasions now, and I can confirm it's my new favourite local coffee spot. The vegetarian breakfast is absolutely delicious, and I sampled their overnight oats which are equally as great. Everything tastes fresh, and they use organic and nutrient dense ingredients. My daughter had an oat milk mocha, and was very happy, as it wasn't too sweet. I want to try everything on the menu! Staff are super friendly.
Been a few times and generally very nice though plates now look a little sad as they seem to only come with one slice of bread.
