The mixed grill was awesome, one of the best I've ever had. The only thing I can mark it down on was the egg wasn't runny and could have done with about 5 more chips, but thats nitpicking... the steak was cooked to perfection and it all tasted amazing. Second visit here and it was as good as the first. Its a thumbs up from me 👍🏻

Went here to meet up with friends for the weekend and to celebrate my birthday on the Sunday. The staff are friendly and very helpful and we had a laugh with them. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything we needed for our stay. We ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and we were not disappointed we got booked in straight away and all the food we had was amazing and really 😋 tasty. Plus we had breakfast each morning which was very tasty. We kept the staff busy with our drinks ordering until late. Fully recommend a visit and we will definitely be going back.

Had a fabulous meal here on 30th September’23. I went for the slow cooked venison shin and it was delicious. My meal was piping hot, well presented and so tasty. My husband had the venison steak and thoroughly enjoy it but did concede that my dish would be his choice when we next come as he had food envy!!

Absolutely love the service 5🌟 My main discrepancy is that, although I had a ground floor room because of my mobility. There were no bars to help me get onand off the toilet as it was very low. Also unable to have a shower as that is inside the bath. Unable to climb in as mobility is restricted. Otherwise Food was well worth money

Sunday roast is very tasty and plenty. Also tried the Seabass with scallops which was light and lovely. The pigs in blankets was very good too, 2 big sausages a portion. The building and premises themselves look beautiful too, great atmosphere and dog friendly. Definitely will be coming back if around!

Location perfect for our golf outing-Coventry Golf Club 4 minutes down the road! Room spacious, bed very comfortable. Relaxed dining experience with attentive service (thanks Harry). There was a riverside bar area, very popular, but we didn’t have time to enjoy. Food highly satisfactory and very reasonable (tried the ‘supper club’ menu). Also enjoyed the Chapel Down English sparkling on the wine menu -excellent VFM!! All staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Honestly I have no complaint. Great parking, lots of it. Building unique, friendly staff, quite (for busy pub). Good selection of drinks. Food was served promptly, had a starter and main (really didn't need the starter). Looking forward to going again. I pre booked the table online, very easy. Great job guys 👏 👏

Stayed her regular for work some staff provided the same amazing service some was a bit different. But my main issues is still the key cards for room that we keep having to get reprogrammed even this keycard is kept away from anything that could cause an issue for it. Room had a plug socket by the bed which was a first and welcomed BUT if we used the light switch above the bed then the plug socket turned off! Restaurant was the same quality of food Altho sometimes you were left waiting for ages for a member of staff.

Me and my family had a meal here 23/8/23 and although we had some problems with the food it was delt with by the manager Laura. She was very helpful and Is one of those people who is great at customer service. Thanks to Laura we 100% would give this place another try. The food that we had was very nice too!

Waited over an hour for food then the steak was tough. However Laura went out of her way to make amends so will definitely give the place another try. Lovely pub and surroundings

Very nice pub with a nice outside seating area where you can relax watching a nearby steam. Food selection is limited and not many healhty options, but everything we tried over a number of visits has been nice. Staff are always friendly. The only negative is that regardless when we go they are always busy and seem to have just not quite enough staff. As a result waiting time have neen longer than we would have liked.

Really nice place. Old building with lots of character. Looked really big too Out in the sticks and only a short drive from the city centre Came here for after work drinks. Massive car park and it was clean as far as pubs go. The tall bar tender was friendly and actually seemed like he wanted to be there Would like to come here for food I don’t mind but they do let dogs. Keep up the good work

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2day stay at the old mill, Baginton. Spacious room, enormous breakfast, plenty of parking and tranquill surroundings. What more could you want? The stay was also very reasonably priced. Excellent.
