ABSOLUTELY LIVID…
Drove through the drive through and paid for a completely different order when I finally realised I asked for a change. They double checked what I ordered and still managed to give me the wrong thing . Went back into change it and the staff were extremely unhelpful and finally got my order right. 1/10 will not be back not to mention that the toilets absolutely reek of pish and have no doubt not been cleaned in days. Thank you macdonalds ayr for the bad service and making my teenage friend mentally deranged…
Food is normally warm and fresh. Dropped points because more frequently my orders are a little wrong or missing something. Not always but has happened a few times recently.
Easy access place. Very nice staff who were polite and helpful. Seated my family and let me know the table number as I ordered at kiosk.
Had a new Philly cheese stack and it was delicious. Also had a vinalla milk shake with an espresso stirred into it. What an amazing coffee milk shake.
It was great, I had a big mac and it was delicious but my fries weren't that great tbh. I bought my daughter a happy meal, the toys are pretty boring. Finger twister. Not really a fun toy for under 2 lol. My step son enjoyed his meal, it was funny watching him get brain freeze with his ice drink.
Used click and serve which is an excellent service. Ordered food on app and it arrived 3 minutes later at my car. 10/10
We used the drive through as we were just getting some ice creams on the way home from the park. Service was fast, order was correct and kids loved the ice cream.
This is a busy wee place, there is quite often mistakes with our orders or certain things have ran out or are unavailable but it's consistent, quick and easy food.
Lovely. Crunchy chips, all the sauces and all kindly served with straws and napkins in a friendly manner on our table 🌻🥰🌈

I am taking a guess that my food was hot leaving the kitchen. It took over 2 hours for my food to be delivered by ubber! McDonald's are obviously under the impression that some of its customers don't have the mental capacity to realise that when it says the driver is at the restaurant for 40 minutes, that the driver is actually not there yet. It took the driver 40 minutes from restaurant to my address, 5 minutes drive away. The ice cream melted and all food cold, including the not hot chocolate, and they did not give me my dip for the fries. I called Ubber. They said sorry, you know, in fact, they're not. They did give me a refund of 5p for my missing item. They would not except blame. I called McDonald's, and they did say they would not give a refund, but would replace the meal. I went to McDonald's drive thru and explained what had happened. They said you can have a refund or the meal. Hmmm???!!! I took the meal. I was given my order in a couple of bags. I asked for the hot chocolate separately to put in the car cup holder. They forgot to give it, and the person went back in to get it. I drove home to find the ice cream, and can you guess what was missing for my fries? Yup, my dip. I would not recommend using ubber to deliver your order if you want it complete, in due time, and hot. I'll never use the service again. On reflection, i can say this to help you. Check your order is all there before moving an inch!
Took the kids for their birthday lunch. Service was quick, which meant we could get on with our day quickly.
