Dobbies always good for a rummage. Got dome good discounted plants for the garden and a cracking windmill! Some of the shelves/areas empty and a bit sad looking πŸ˜” Also, a drip coming from the ceiling being "fixed" with a big plastic plant pot catching the water πŸ’§ The cafe was mobbed, and this on a Monday late morning. Very dog friendly.

I visited this garden centre with a friend and enjoyed a nice lunch in the cafe. The kind young man who prepared our jacket potatoes carried our food to the table for us despite him being so busy, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, and the Neopolitan cake was to die for! There was ample seating in the conservatory, and it is also dog-friendly. The garden centre is huge with every type of flower and plant imaginable and we spent a couple of hours looking around. All the staff were friendly and helpful when we asked questions. Everything was displayed beautifully and I particularly liked the pet section.

Love the place. Very helpful staff. Little bit pricy at the restaurant but the food is nice. Wide range of plants πŸͺ΄ and fertilisers. Sitting area at the restaurant is a conservatory you can see plants and little play area for children.

We come here every couple of weeks whether for something for the garden or for a bite to eat. Food is to pricey for what it is and there is not enough vegetarian options. I find meat options nice and everything is very tasty. Two for one deal on scones is always nice and if you get the Dobbies points card you will get two hot drinks a month. Sometimes it takes a little while to order and collect hot drinks so we usually go there first and then go for the food so it wouldn't get cold. They have a good range of garden tools and plants. Again, on the whole quite expensive, but if you're looking for good quality or something different it's a place to go to. They do put some plants on sale from time to time and it's worth having a good look around. Good range of pots, garden ornaments, furniture, clothing, soaps, scents, books, gifts and other bits and pieces. There's a fresh and frozen food area, butcher, etc. You can buy pretty much everything there. Very often you will find various car dealerships having their own thing going on near the entrance as well. Anyhow, there's plenty to keep you occupied for a few hours.

I visit Dobbies regularly, usually for coffee or lunch. Hot meals are available for breakfast, lunch together with toasties and panninis. A car or bus is required to get there as it is outside of town.

Nice clean and well presented. Wheelchair access and Parking. Child friendly also dog friendly too. It has all the usual trappings of a modern Garden Centre. All types of gardening accessories,🌻🌳⚘🌴 plants and Garden D.I.Y projects. They also boast a very impressive aquarium πŸ πŸŸπŸ‘πŸšπŸ¦‚πŸ³πŸŒΏ, and stock a wide range of supplies for the home tank or sea world. Christmas Trees, lights and all kinds of decorations are out on full display(kid's under 6 will love it, kid's over 6 will just want stuff πŸ˜† especially Mum's). There is also a lovely cafe with plenty of seating and tables. Dog friendly. Plus public toilets. They were respectable on the days we visited.

Had afternoon tea yesterday with my dear friend. Was very busy and staff were under pressure to attend to all the customers, appeared short staffed. All the staff were lovely, can't thank them enough. Michael, in particular was very helpful. Afternoon tea was great
