We had a great meal here on our way south. It was unusually warm for Ayr at 28°C! Thankfully there was air con. Friendly service, though with covid it was order via QR code. It all worked seamlessly and quickly which was handy for travelling with a family
Excellent service and great covid safety precautions. A safe and secure way to enjoy a meal out with the kids. There is no self service and no ice cream factory but they bring everything to your table so it doesn't really matter. Scan the qr code on the table then order on the app for table service.
Great tasting pizza, very filling! Sensible covid measures in place, must book ahead. Food all ordered via app which was a bit daunting when ordering for a group. The app is fairly easy to navigate, and staff very helpful and happy to help.
The staff were amazing, excellent and very friendly. However, I did find the "new system" of ordering food via a web site quite annoying as, when asked for my email address, the web site rejected each one I supplied as being an invalid email address, even though I have been using them for well over
Lovely friendly staff, usually go to the buffet which is on weekdays 12 - 3, always a good selection of pizza and salad bar. Always improving and adding new features. Good takeaway deals usually too, the restaurant dont deliver though.
Staff was great very good place two eat very fast with food. Nice.only thing there was know check in Scotland. There thought a place like that would have it. But would definitely go back

A bit complicated working out how the mobile menu worked.. AFTER that we had great time staff very helpful and restaurant very clean and we were spaced properly.

I ordered a pizza and side salad online and collected my meal at 1.15 pm. The pizza was ready for me and I was given a box and told to help myself to salad. As I was taking out I asked for a plastic fork for my salad. I'm not sure why but they didn't have any but the young lady serving gave me a met
We decided to eat out instead of takeaway pizza and not disappointed once we got used to the ordering scheme. 8 of us enjoyed our meals. Will be returning.
I always order online and pick up later and order is always ready within a couple of minutes of arriving. Standard pizza hut food and drink but hot and delicious all the same. Except the salad that is. It's cold as it should be.
It is Pizza Hut, so nothing ground breaking. But a nice pizza, good dude options and everything is clean. Staff friendly and helpful. It has an Ice-Cream Factory for kids that seemed popular, but my son and I went for the Cookie Dough Share plate.
