Was staying at hotel and often pop down to ayr just for the Sunday lunch omg it was even better than previous visits that was also amazing defo go here for food if in ayr its the best Sunday roast the ham was perfect and had a bit of my friends roastbeef staff are all so nice and helpful
Was greeted by friendly face and soon as we arrived. Good menu choice and food was plentiful and delicious. No issues

Had Sunday lunch. Staff very attentive. Food beautifully presented and tasty. £22 per head for 2 courses and drinks reasonable. Will return.

Fantastic hotel. From when u walk in the door the welcome is brilliant from the staff. Beautiful large rooms and spotlessly clean. Have been a few times before and we will certainly be back. I suffer anaphylaxis and the chef pulled out all the stops to make me feel safe..thank you Mark
Saturday at the horizon hotel in Ayr. They do a special deal . Saturday night cocktail special . 2 courses from menu plus a cocktail from cocktail menu .all for just £16.95 . Great deal . Food was great . And cocktails were great too.

Fairly quiet when we went (Saturday lunchtime). Good food and reasonable prices considering the present economic climate. Very handy for the beach and the lang mile walk. Child-friendly.

Lovely views, service and food. The Horizon is still a lovely hotel and venue. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food was good too and a good selection on the menu. The prices are fair too.
