Food was reasonably priced and excellent quality. The dairy free ice cream in the kids sundays was pretty disgusting though, and there wasn't an option to have normal ice cream. Service was quite slow considering it was quite empty but the staff there were all working quickly. Would still go back.

Always a warm friendly welcome when we come to this restaurant. The manager James always goes out his way to greet us. His staff look after us. There is never a problem with our food, we have a 1 year old daughter and the will sit us anywhere we ish to accommodate.

Food is good and price is alright if you go at the right time but the poor staff are run of their feet. The manager comes across as very inexperience or not too confident but this I feel is due to the expectancy of the chain itself. 3 staff to run a fairly large branch doesn't work well.
Very accomplished American-like place with lovely burgers, pizza, pasta and more. The workers are really great people who will do a lot to make you feel comfortable, even things that surely are not in their contracts.
