Close to the rental we stayed at so great location in Ayr. Atmosphere inside is cosy and service was very attentive. Cocktails were lovely and the food was incredible, especially the chilli chips!
We had a such a great experience we went back for breakfast before we left which was just as good! Will return when we’re next in Ayr.

Food delicious. Service brilliant! Lauren served us - friendly, professional and helpful. We arrived about 4pm - it wasn't so busy then and nice background music. As it got busier, the music volume seemed to get louder. It's a nice restaurant and I'm sure we'll be back. We chose from the set menu which was very good value.
Had a wonderful dinner, everything was amazing, decor is lovely, food was on time and delicious. We had a party of 6 and the restaurant was packed so very impressed with the service and food! Really recommend the garlic hummous and tempura from the starters, as well as the Chicken Rice and Bao buns for mains! The pavlova for dessert was really tasty too 😊
Stayed in Ayr for two days and had breakfast lunch and dinner here. Lovely food and good service too! Highly recommended
Fabulous bistro/ cocktail restaurant. Food was reasonably priced for the quality.
Stayed at Craig Tara fancied somewhere nice to eat and drink with my boyfriend. It was very busy around 2pm it was very busy mostly with middle aged woman drinking classy cocktails having a good time.
We had a seat at the front entrance door at the higher seats. Decor in the place is beautiful and you feel like your in somewhere special.
The staff were friendly although i felt they were more concentrated on serving drinks than our main meals, drinks, and desserts
My boyfriend had 1 steak with chips and peppercorn sauce it was delicious.
I had a cheese burger and chips. The butter was very thick and compressed the meat wasn't that great the chips were good
I had a tutti fruity cocktail which was nice my boyfriend had a pint of water
Hot chocolate fudge cake which was tasty and not dry. Great presentation. My boyfriend had sticky toffee pudding which he enjoyed.

Looking for somewhere to eat as didn't fancy fast food.
Called here on the off chance as hadn't booked a table, asked for a table for two, but they hadn't got any availability but said they could accommodate us in the bar area if we didn't mind. (Not a problem) we both ordered the t-bone steak. A little pricey maybe but I really fancied steak.
We weren't disappointed, came out well presented and wow the taste was amazing, we both agree and say it has to be the best steak we've ever had. Every thing was perfect. Service was great, food was amazing and would certainly recommend.

Beautiful restaurant. The music was a little bit too loud but everything else was perfect. Food excellent. Good GF options. Cocktails were lovely. Staff very busy ( it was a Saturday night) but attentive and friendly. I needed a stool to rest my leg as I have an extremal fixater, they were very accommodating. Great place for a lovely meal in a brilliant atmosphere. 5 stars 🌟
Great place. Come here often. Gluten free options available. Helpful in dealing with more unusual allergens such as thickeners and preservatives. We love this place.
Atmosphere was really nice, felt like I was in a garden with all of the suspended plants... It was gorgeous. The food was brilliant- my personal favourite was the vegetable tempura- the batter was to die for! The tomato soup tasted a little bland, but apart from that the food and the service were fantastic and would recommend!
Popped in for a breakfast to start the day off! Staff were very helpful and friendly! Very clean and tidy with a great atmosphere! Great choice on the breakfast menu. Food was very tasty and a good portion as well! Came out with a full belly n didn't need anything else till tea time! Will be back again 😁
Modern, good atmosphere and attentive staff. Cheesey chicken crepe main was a bit of a swimmer, but good food nonetheless. Lovely prawn bloody Mary starter with toasted sour dough. Worth considering for a dinner, and would go back. Good value too.
Absolutely loved this place. Squeezed us in as the place was packed. Told us the service would be slower than normal but that was fine. Did not notice any wait time at all. Best food we have had in all of Scotland so far. It is REAL FOOD. Cooked and served with love. The coffee is so good it made me cry. Oh how I miss good coffee. Service was excellent. The servers were happy, worked together and cleared tables fast. Only downside was that it was absolutely roasting in there. I was sat in a t-shirt with red cheeks. But one tiny fault will not dim my love of this place. I have already recommended it to about a dozen people!
