Excellent dining. . Couldn't fault any of the experience. I had the pan fried bass on Cullen Skink risotto. One of the best meals ive ever eaten. We'll be back!
Been here twice now and both times the food and service was fantastic. I had the haggis and goat curry the first time, what a joy that was. And the pork belly with mash the second time. Top quality food and big portions when in Ayr its a must go to place.
Stopped in here for Sunday roast and was not disappointed. The food was superb, best roast I've had in many years. Roast beef melted in your mouth, and the gravy was fantastic.
The service was good as well, staff were friendly and we didn't have to wait long for meal to be served.
We will certainly be back and try the A La Carte menu next time we are in Ayr.
We dined here before a performance at the Gaiety and we weren’t disappointed. The food is always top notch and they cater for coeliacs (not me but someone in my family). Our dinner was absolutely delicious and we will be trying a few of the dishes at home. Great atmosphere, good prices and lovely staff. What’s not to like!

We had breakfast last Sunday, it was wonderful I had the eggs Benedict with maple bacon and a tea ( 3 cups in the pot ) and the wife had the small fry up. Great

Great service - efficient and always really friendly. The food is really great - some excellent dishes created and prepared with care and an eye for detail, using excellent ingredients. Prices very reasonable. Ate here several times over the course of a week, and was never disappointed. Excellent.
Ate here a few weeks ago for Sunday lunch. The service was very good. The food was very tasty and well presented. The wine was good and the atmosphere was relaxed. Will return soon I am sure.
Each course ( I had 3 ) complemented the others, I don't know if this was accidental, my imagination or designed. But I left completely satisfied. The wine was also brilliant, so much so, that I ordered a box for home delivery whilst sat at the table.

Had breakfast this morning with my husband and kids. A little bit expensive but it was really delicious 😋. Never had a bad meal from here so far. Will definitely be back at some point.
Staff are friendly and VERY attentive... food is lovely; well cooked, flavoursome and very tasty ... nothing more to say really, except WELL DONE ... loved it ... only had breakfast there, but, if this is typical, wouldn't hesitate to recommend wholeheartedly
Delicious.. three courses down and coffee to finish, service was excellent, did say to send my complaints to the chief best turkey dinner by far 👍

We had a breakfast this morning at the Stage Door. As always the food was spot on, allergies attended to, and when they say the plates are hot, they really are. Only four stars for atmosphere from me, because I am a Grinch about Christmas music, I should probably be placed under house arrest for the month of December.
When here with my gf and the Food was delicious and very quick ,love the atmosphere .I had the Ayrshire steak which was amazing with fries which were spot on will be back to try other food soon would definitely recommend going there price was fair for the size of the portions drinks were pretty awesome aswell.my gf got the pasta and taste pretty good overall 5/5.
