This is nice restaurant. Firstly, the food itself is absolutely delicious. It’s Indian cuisine (as opposed to British Indian cuisine) so it’s a little different from a normal Indian restaurant, but the food is outstanding. The desserts are delicious too. The prices are also very reasonable, and I was glad to see they have a breakfast menu. This place has only been open for a number of days as far as I can tell, so there were some teething issues. For example, missing food items, wrong drinks being brought and technical issues with the WiFi. However, I think these will be sorted out in time, and I appreciate that on the day I went it seemed to be their first Saturday and the staff were finding their feet. When we went they were also taking pictures of their food, and filming what appeared to be an advert outside the restaurant which was interesting to watch. They also had what appeared to be food critics in too. Overall I would definitely recommend this place and I’ll come back here. If you like cocktails I’d recommend the Mumbai Mule from their extensive and impressive drinks menu.

I’ve never tasted more succulent prawns as I did today in my Tiffin box. I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend 😄
Taste is good, Staffs are very friendly, Food is presented really well. We have visited twice already. But please do increase the portion of the food be it Biriyani or both Tiffin & Thali. It really doesn't suffice for the amount thats been charged.
More of a traditional Indian restaurant as opposed to the more standard British Indian restaurants in the area. The restaurant itself is finished well and kept very clean. The presentation of the food was awesome, I really enjoyed the use of the tiffin box. Personally I think the portion sizes are spot on you won't leave feeling stuffed but comfortable knowing you've had a good meal. Finally the food itself was not overly spicy, just the right amount for great flavour and nice to try something a little different. Highly recommend a visit.

First time at this restaurant and was very impressed. Food was great and staff very friendly. Definitely recommended.
We went here last night having never been before. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had the Gol Gupa Shots (really original and tasted amazing) and a chicken paratha roll as two small plates to start (also tasted great and had some good heat to it).
For our mains we both had the lamb thali. Great value for money as with it you get a lamb curry, tahka daal rice, saag aloo, curried cauliflower and a naan bread. All of it was absolutely delicious; the meat was tender, no grease in the curry, great flavours. The highlight for me was the daal - this is the nicest daal you will ever try, maybe with the exception of one made in a traditional Indian family kitchen at home.
10/10 would recommend and will definitely be coming back again! :)
WHAT AN AMAZING NEW PLACE ! Went for the opening night yesterday 1st April and we are completely blown away by the high level of service and superb food. We tried a bit of everything and we can honestly say that it was the BEST Indian restaurant we have been to EVER. Flavours and textures were so finely balanced , you can tell it’s homemade and fresh ! Hurray ! The decor is authentic and it feels spacious. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and considering it was their first Friday night they delivered auch professional and warm service . I have no doubt this WILL be a success and one to watch for the future . Can’t wait to return 😊🙏🙏😊 x
Really enjoyed my chicken thali, the flavours were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly. They had some issues with the central heating and so took 25% off of the bill. They had no need to do that as I was happy to pay full price. Great value for money and so nice to get such a tasty balanced meal that doesn’t go over the top on the carbs. Will definitely be going back!!!
Having read the mixed reviews for this restaurant I thought I'd try it for myself. Thalis are on most Indian restaurant menus except in Aylesbury where none of them serve them. I've had many a thali and this one was one of the best. Good portions, reasonably price. Star of the show being the centrepiece lamb curry. Delicately spiced with lamb you could cut with a spoon! Washed down with a superb Babich Black Label Sauvignon Blanc. Service was excellent, attentive and friendly. I can't wait to return.
Update 03/03/2022. Sadly closed and now a steak house.
Perfect Easter meal. We ordered a masala fries as a side and the sauce on them was incredible. They should bottle and sell it. I still miss tasting that sauce. The Thalis were beautifully balanced and the service was excellent. I was surprised it was not full considering the high quality of the cooking. I expect it will be no time at all until they are full every day.
Really tasty food. Gol Gupa shots were awesome. Lamb thali delicious.
