Immediately after I’ve stepped inside I was offered a sit. The staff was very polite. Clean place. I had a burger and the taste wasn’t wow, as the price is very decent for an average burger and cheesy fries, but was alright. Thank you!
This is an excellent place. When we first went there, we were immediately surprised to see that the store occupies what would have been two or three previous retail units. Inside it’s clean, new looking and has a nice vibe. The staff are friendly and the food arrived really quickly. The food itself was very delicious. I’d recommend the cheese burger and the milkshake in particular. The prices were also very reasonable too. It was great to see a Wimpy restaurant back up and doing well again!
I have not been to a Wimpy since I was a child. I ordered the Wednesday special. Cheeseburger with chips plus a Pepsi Max. While the service was terrific and I didn’t have to wait long. The burger was ok but very flat and not much seasoning. The price was great and I would definitely try their all day breakfast next time.
Classic Wimpy vibes. The food was delicious and they played 80s music so if you're after a bit of nostalgia then head to Wimpy! They're missing a vegan dessert and breakfast, which is a shame, but the vegan burger is lush.
10 out of 10, it's like the 1980s when you had proper table service and Coca-Cola ice cream floats.... I would recommend visiting to anyone, whilst not the cheapest it's certainly the hottest takeaway burger and chips, but I'd say eat-in. This is how it's done, McDonald's and Burger King, take note !!!
Beautifully clean, extremely polite staff. Toilets super clean. It is expensive but you are getting a plate knife and fork with your cheap burger! Old school wimpey at it's best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch here. We were really missing Wimpy as we enjoyed visiting them in South Africa. The menu was similar which was great!
This large, clean, bright new restaurant with its very comfortable seating, has a wide ranging menu including non-burger choices. And it's nice and quiet, with music playing quietly.
Fantastic my breakfast arived on time. Nice and warm and tasty. As I arrived at 09:00 the staff opened it about 5 minutes late but I still had a lovely time!
Cleand today, really fast service. Fine if you want a quick and easy meal.
Seated quickly by polite young man, we visited on a Saturday lunchtime, our order was taken quickly and our drinks arrived soon after, food came about 15mins after ordering and it was hot and tasty, surprisingly the restaurant was not busy as we would of expected on a Saturday lunchtime, so it was quiet apart from the music, so a relaxed dining experience, all good from our point of view 😀
My family and I had a wonderful experience at this Wimpy. It's very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and well priced . I would heartily recommend.
