This is lovey restaurant. I went here on a Sunday, and found it to be quiet. The service was prompt and the waitress was very friendly. The food was also very tasty, and authentic. I’d particularly recommend the jerk platter and the chocolate fudge cake. Id absolutely come here again.
Apart from the view out of the window and the lower temperature, we thought we could have been back in Jamaica. We shared a platter that was both tasty and excellent value, along with a Red Stripe and 2-4-1 Jamaica Rum Punch cocktails. The restaurant is comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated to match the theme of the food. We'll definitely be back, as it's difficult to find an authentic Caribbean/Jamaican restaurant near to us.
Great food, great atmosphere, great cocktails! Myself and 3 friends went for a meal on a girls night out and ended up spending the whole night. Staff were so lovely. Definitely going back.
We went here on a Saturday evening at around 7pm. There were a few other customers, but it wasn’t busy. The food was delicious, the portion sizes were just right. The service was great; we didn’t have to wait long and the waitress was friendly and polite.
Between the 2 of us we ordered a main each, 1 dessert to share, a pint of Red Stripe and a bottle of Carib Lager. The bill was £44, which is what I would expect to pay.
I really like the ambience / décor; it has a holiday / summer atmosphere – I think we’ll going back in the winter to make the most of the sunny vibe!
Food was delicious and there are vegetarian and vegan options. The cocktails were also really yummy. Speedy and polite service. The decor really cool inside. It reminded me of being on holiday and not in grey aylesbury.

It’s simply amazing! If like me you had used the food van then you need to go visit the restaurant! A really relaxed environment to chill and enjoy some great food and killer cocktails!
Fun restaurant.
Had the prawn starters and oxtail pot - both of which had good texture and full of flavour, if not on the small side.
Drinks were a bit expensive, £3.50 for bottled non-alcoholic juice.
The decoration and presentation of the place is colourful and loud. The place was relatively clean.
Service was good, the bathrooms were clean and hygienic.
Really nice food. Even for a veggie, the Jerk Tofu was lovely! Rice and pea was also a nice side to have with it.
Two downsides are:
1. It's quite pricey when you see how small portion sizes can be for some dishes.
2. When collecting our takeaway, the staff members seemed a little off / annoyed. Not sure if it was just a bad day?
Food was really nice, we had the chicken and lamb curry. Rice could have done with more flavour. Also portions are very small for the prices you pay. Overall we enjoyed the experience for a first time!
Lovely place, nice atmosphere and great food. Unfortunately, the service is pretty slow. We arrived and we were only one of two tables in the whole restaurant, Yet we still waited half an hour for a drink. The third round we waited 20 mins and the order was incorrect. However, great food.
Staff are lovely just pretty slow and forgetful.
Absolutely fantastic! The first of its kind in Aylesbury as far as I know, but the level is superb!
Food is on point, very tasty, staff is efficient, tidy and helpful! Atmosphere is very warm and inviting giving the theme and product a realistic feel of Jamaica in Aylesbury Town!!

A lovely restaurant with good food and vibes that's locally run. I can't wait to celebrate lots of upcoming things there. Food was amazing and staff were so lovely !! (Didn't get a pic of my food as I ate it too quick 🤣)
The GF and I visited S & S the other day (April 21) and it was great. A late dinner, the food was very quick (I recommend the BBQ jerk chicken wrap). The staff are very friendly, the Jamaican decor was very eye catching, and I will 100 per cent be returning.
