Great shop, glad to have an M&S this side of town. It's a pity about the car park, which is very busy and poorly laid out, a little off-putting. The café is ok as any other M&S café but is an odd shape which made me feel rather like I was sat in an industrial storage container. Nice coffee though!

Easy to park and shop. At times social distances a little awkward, but this is more customer behaviour. Sometimes refilling the shelves during the day makes social distancing more difficult. Food choice good the team are really good and friendly
Beautiful, clean well run food store. Quality of food is excellent and fresh. Amazing variety of fresh and frozen food. Newspapers, magazines, flowers, plants, fresh bread also. Good variety of alcohol. A lovely cafe to stop off in.Plenty of free car parking.
Due to popularity of this retail park I always tend to visit at the end of the day. Good selection of M&S favourites. Disappointing card and gift wrapping selection but otherwise great variety of food and wine.
Good food range but have noticed that end dates on their fresh fruit and veg etc seems to be within days of purchasing. A few days to use up the foods. Otherwise it's okay.
Good range of food, meal deals are a bonus. Some food items are a bit pricey but their food is delicious.
Friendly staff and always polite and professional. Clean and tidy store as always.
My favourite shop but a nightmare car park, isn't unusual during peak times to spend 15 mins + (no exaggeration) in the queue getting out so buy a snack and drink for the car to make it more enjoyable! Today I had sausages rolls and lemon juice.
Good range of food. Fruit and veg generally of high quality. Handy for shoppers on the north side of town.
