I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Waitrose store in Aylesbury, and I must say that the experience left a lasting impression on me. This establishment not only boasts a great range of products but also offers several other outstanding features that truly set it apart. One of the standout aspects of this Waitrose store is its extensive selection of products. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, pantry staples, or specialty items, you'll find an impressive variety that caters to diverse preferences and dietary needs. The store's commitment to quality is evident in the well-organized displays and the freshness of their offerings. Another notable feature is the store's late opening hours. This convenience is a game-changer for those with busy schedules, providing the flexibility to shop at more convenient times. The fact that Waitrose accommodates its customers with extended operating hours demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction. The in-store café is a delightful addition to the shopping experience. It offers a cozy atmosphere where patrons can unwind with a coffee or enjoy a meal. The attentive and friendly staff in the café contribute to a pleasant dining experience, adding to the overall ambiance of the store. Speaking of service, it's worth mentioning that the staff throughout the store are exceptionally helpful and courteous. Their willingness to assist customers and provide information about products reflects a high level of professionalism. It's clear that the team at Waitrose Aylesbury is committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. Parking is always a consideration when visiting a store, and Waitrose Aylesbury offers the convenience of up to 1.5 hours of free parking. This added benefit allows customers to take their time shopping without the stress of rushing back to their vehicles. One standout feature is the expansive section dedicated to wines. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the diverse selection of wines from around the world, making it a one-stop destination for both connoisseurs and casual wine buyers. In conclusion, my visit to Waitrose in Aylesbury left me thoroughly impressed. The great range of products, late opening hours, café, exceptional service, free parking, and extensive wine selection make it a top-notch shopping destination. I look forward to returning in the future for more delightful products and experiences. Waitrose Aylesbury has undoubtedly earned my repeat business.

Brilliant big Waitrose with a big range throughout the store. Free parking on level as you enter the water side car park. The store itself is on level 0 but accessible by lifts from car park. The staff inside on my visit from customer service where very helpful. One of the better waitroses I’ve been to with great shopping experience.

They have a tremendous selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, many plant-based food options, and some nice ready-made vegan meals. We bought a bag with a nice vegan Indian meal for two, including several very tasty dishes, and naan, for £11! It was actually more than the two of us could eat at one meal, and we're not dainty eaters. They also have a huge selection of herbs and spices for doing your own cooking.

I cannot rate Karin highly enough. I came into the store having had an item previously at a friends with no idea how to find it - I had a rough idea of the packaging and knew what the product looked like. I described it to her and after trying a couple of items on the shelves, she had a eureka moment and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Polite, helpful staff, great range of products, no awful music blaring out, well laid out store that is always clean. A lot of products are competitively priced especially when you consider the quality of them. Where else in Aylesbury can I buy Prestat or Charbonel et Walker? Just a lovely place to shop.

A good quick shop. Liked the fact that there was no music to get on your nerves. Several of my usual items were reduced eg Ecover non-bio laundry liquid. However, a down point was that the open fridges containing meats etc were very cold to walk along and next time I must remember to wear a warm jacket! Our local Budgens in Wendover has doors to all fridges.

I like Waitrose and this year I have found quite a lot of gluten free party food so have already stocked up for Christmas. Most of it can be frozen so no worry about use by dates.

Nice big shop with wide aisles meaning I could navigate around on my disability scooter without getting in other shoppers way. The staff are always bright, cheerful and very helpful. There were plenty of them too. Usual good selection of food and excellent quality too although recently, partly due to the much publicised computer glitch, choice of some items has been restricted. Prices are not as high as you might be expecting but the quality is always there. Today our checkout went very smoothly thanks to Helen.

Though small, the store had most of the necessities. The meat counter is very good.

❤️❤️❤️🙏Such a caring lady - Sue -served me in cafe today at Aylesbury - I was having ‘a bit of a emotional wobble’ having just spent 1.5hrs in the MRI hospital scanner post -cancer surgery 8( She took care of me and is amazing - she even brought me beautiful flowers 💐 after giving me free coffee and cake. We always use Waitrose because of the fantastic staff but I am 500% on that feeling now … not to mention so cheered up that someone cares - THANKYOU SO MUCH SUE!! Xxx

Friendly staff and as normal excellent customer service...however some brand items cheaper elsewhere..Best customer service in the uk supermarket space...still the premium prices put off ordinary people..
