Local national chain pub, sizzling pubs, similar to hungry horse, Harvester etc. No real personality like the old "local" pub but seems popular with the locals. While we were in the pub, midday, it was very steady and a lot of customers were ordering food, breakfast being popular.

The Plough is a really great place to go, yes it is pub food BUT it's cooked and presented in a way that makes you want to eat every last morsel! Have been here many times but usually at lunchtime and service is excellent! The seating arrangement in the restaurant means you can talk, walk to the bar
