Temple Street Wine Bar is a lovely place, and made a perfect post-lockdown treat. It has a really nice vibe and is decorated nicely. The cocktails are absolutely delicious and the food is very nice too. I’d recommend the Camembert starter, which is a perfect size for three. The temple street burger is also very nice too, as are the chips that come with it.
Little Gem, fabulous cocktails, excellent menu suitable for carnivores, veggies and Vegans prices reflect quality
Love this unique place! Always had good experiences every time we’ve been. Nice relaxed atmosphere and great drinks which are not priced too badly. The staff are friendly (big thanks to Nyssa for keeping the place open late especially and for the top service).
We went last nIght to a private function.. a bar in Both rooms. FANTASTIC atmosphere, staff were great and the food they did for the party - exquisite xx Thankyou Temple Street Wine Bar xx. I have fond memories of the place as Carlos's - so lovely that you have ADDED to these memories ❤
This has been our second visit and we cannot wait until we come back once more.
A fantastic place with a great relaxing, smooth atmosphere along with amazing food and service.
Thank you all at Temple Bar but especially Nyssa for her attention to detail and great smile 😀👍
See you all soon and we highly recommend that you visit to experience this wonderful place 😀👍
My partner and I tend to come here about one a month and we love it here. Service is awesome and she always remember us which is nice. We have never had a meal here which we didn’t like and we like how the chef creates ‘unusual’ dishes which have always worked so great together! Tonight I had beetroot and goats cheese risotto with a fig salad and I was impressed with how well it all complimented each other. I can’t recommend this place enough to everyone!
Temple Street Wine Bar is a fantastic place for a few drinks in the evening. The décor tends towards the private club end of things; a bit classic & classy without being oppressively so. This isn't a "quick drink" sort of establishment, it's a place to enjoy the location & the experience _while_ having a drink.
Or three.
Never tried the food, but the cocktails make the place worth a visit.
Our second Sunday lunch and third time eating here since we moved to Aylesbury a few weeks ago, will most certainly be coming to this place again...both for the food which is perfect, best Sunday lunch we have had anywhere! great selection of drinks...and for the friendly staff and atmosphere...thank you Alex ;)
Went for a Sunday lunch and it was honestly the best roast beef I've had in a long time, I'm usually wary of restaurant/pub Sunday lunches as I've been disappointed many times before, but everything, the cocktails, the service, and especially the food was faultless. We'll definitely be back.
Reasonably quiet and quite intimate wine bar central located in Aylesbury just off the market square.
The wine selection is the most varied in the entire town that I'm aware of, with a range of prices for most budgets though it is on the pricier side of average for bars/pubs in Aylesbury.
The cocktail menu is also of note. A decent number on offer, covering a variety of tastes. All that I have sampled are well made with quality ingredients.
The staff are friendly and the wait times are good to acceptable depending on the day and time of day that you visit.
Definitely worth a trip if you're in the area.
