The Harbour Inn - Axmouth - Photo album

Amazing food and excellent service. We had x1 Children's Fish & Chips, x1 Homemade Thai Fishcake and x1 Vegetarian Ravioli. Washed down with Birra Moretti. Couldn't fault it and worth every penny..... We'll be back!
Last minute decision to have a Sunday lunch here. From the moment I walked in to leaving I felt very welcome from the young team there. The meal (Sunday roast) was excellent and served quickly and beautifully prepared and presented.
Fab food lovely pub . You can take dogs too 🐕 Check menus as they can change ie chicken shack and pizzas on different days
Nice steak and chips smidge on expensive side for what you get but made up for by nice venue and decent location.
Great little pub, relaxed vibe and friendly efficient staff. Best of all was that our cocker was allowed to sit inside with us - the owners have a lovely dog who just chills in his bed by the bar. The fish and chips were amazing - not doused in grease like some places and everything tasted fresh.
New owners, new menu. Nice varied and interesting menu which is good. A welcome change to have different food choices rather than scampi and chips and ham, egg and chips. Didn't try the side of chips with truffle and parmesan, but probably very good. Staff still friendly and efficient.
Wonderful friendly welcome, excellent food, beautifully presented & amazing taste, service was brilliant & as it was our 20th wedding anniversary too so we we're very pleased we spent our lunch outing at The Harbour Inn. Highly recommend you need to go. Very pleasant. We can't wait to return.
The food was very good. The only critical observation was that the child's portion of cottage pie arrived bubbling hot. We were able to sort it out, but it may be worth reviewing how to reduce the risk of overheated food being served to young children. Having said that, I would definitely go back ag
Cozy and tidy. Pleasant customer service. Food was reasonably priced although the chicken coating could be a little more flavoursome but the chicken was cooked to perfection. The grilled sandwiches need longer for the heat to get into the cheese and tomatoes which were fridge cold. The fries were de
What an absolute gem of a pub. We just popped in for a quick pint but was tempted to stay for the menu. Everything was home made, incredibly generous portions and we'll executed. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere of the pub was quiet and relaxing. We're going to go back again soon.
We were unfortunately unable to book first time round and being advised we may be able to get a table later we turned up at 8:40pm to be told food service finished at 8:30pm (this was due to it being fully booked, so was only on the off chance, but was no less disappointing - as it happened we drove
Friendly, welcoming pub, good service, comfy areas to sit with free wi-fi. Menu choice OK, could make choice of sauces say with chicken but enjoyed the food we ordered.
Good food, great service and an outstanding little atmosphere. Very dog friendly, beautiful building, gorgeous area as well.
Popped in here for a quick drink with friends. Was happy it was very dog friendly and the staff really welcoming as well. Plenty of parking and located in a few steps of the estuary and other scenic sites.
Lovely quaint pub. Staff very pleasant & helpful. We had the roast beef & lamb which was very nice. The only negative for me with my meal was that the roast potatoes & Yorkshire pudding were a little over done for my liking, but could have been down to the time of day, 3.15pm, when we visited.
