Spey Valley Golf Course in Aviemore is an absolute delight, set amidst the stunning beauty of the Cairngorms. It's not just a golf course; it's a captivating journey through nature's magnificence. The setting is truly picturesque, offering views of the Cairngorms that will leave you utterly entrance
Absolutely stunning views! Small clubhouse which could become packed quickly, but the staff is very nice. They had aerated the greens when we played, but it really wasn't that bad. We took uncounted pictures and couldn't get over the scenery! Hope to go again someday.
I really enjoyed this course. The design works well with the terrain, which is rolling hills framed by trees and heather. There are a few blind or semi-blind shots, and the greens have enough pitch and undulation to assert that you can’t relax even if you’ve gotten the ball on in regulation.

What gem this place is! The scenery is jaw dropping & course is beautifully laid out. We were recommended a buggy as it is long & also has a few holes with a wee walk between green & next tee. We paid £35 each, bargain!
Great golf course, well maintained, but you better take your A game because if not this course will eat you up,a stern challenge
I recently played here and it was absolutely brilliant. A great course with a superb design set in the Cairngorm National Park. Great test of Golf with excellent views. The staff were very friendly yet professional. Highly recommended.
First time round Spey valley. Course in great condition. Premium on accurate well positioned tee shots. Unfortunately for me driver was misbehaving a bit!!
Excellent course, location, facilities and staff. Perfect.
Beautiful course, although we haven't played all holes. We came to hit some balls on the range, but it was closed. "Do you want to walk a few holes?" And so I walked 6 holes with my (non-golfer) son. Will come back!
Outstanding course! A delight to play. Long, very challenging course, stunningly scenic, a real highlight in our tour of Scottish golf courses.
What a wonderful club house. Delicious food, tasty beer and amazing views with great facilities. A real gem. 9 or 18 holes right next to the River Spey.
Fantastic golf course, set in truly superb conditions
Fantastic golf course, in good condition this year. Warm and friendly welcome from staff. Food is excellent. Looking forward to going back
Played June 24, 2019. We called 20 minutes before we arrived at 7pm without a tee time to see if we could go off. The staff member said sure, and asked if we wanted some food. He met us at the club house with tasty burgers and fries. Set us up with TaylorMade M6 rentals and said he'd meet us back wh
Very good course, tough but spacious fairways, loads of bunkers. Really enjoyable round. In great condition for August.
