This is the highest restaurant in the UK at an elevation of 1097 meters above sea level. It's a place you must go to at least once if you are in Scotland or visiting Scotland! During summer, the view is fantastic, and I believe in winter time even more dramatic! The restaurant has a nice soup of th
Loved this place especially on a clear day like today, when we visited, with clear blue skies and views that were hard to beat. Not busy on the day we visited. Hot food and sandwiches available. Viewing terrace was open but ongoing works prevented further exploration. Plenty of parking but paying t
First time up since the refurb. Restaurant is great! We chose some very tasty ribs, crispy potato wedges, jacket potato with venison chilli, and helped ourselves from the really good salad bar. Panoramic film is a nice addition. Views are as spectacular as ever.
Bit busy but glad it is, spectacular views. Soup, sandwiches and cakes. Coffee, beers and spirits. Not too expensive given the remote location. Staff are friendly.
Nice place with a great view. Please be aware if you want to walk around you need to get up by walking not by train.
Fabulous experience. Staff so friendly and beyond accommodating, especially with our GF person. Clean and varied menu for all 😊 and what a view on a clear day!
Nice job on the refurbishment of the restaurant and cafe. I always aim to eat local so I had the venison chilli and salad from the salad bar, very tasty. My sister had the hotdog and it was good to see it was a proper sausage (not the processed junk that you see at cinemas). The restaurant area just
Amazing views but not much to do unless you walk up.
Enjoyed the visit. Very helpfu,l friendly staff and stunning views when the clouds break.

Got the funicular up. Lovely views for a hot chocolate. Staff friendly, good price for what we had too
Excellent food and interesting video about the mountains. We had soups, sandwiches, Thai curry and chilli con carne, all very tasty.
We went up in the funicular, which was a great experience, with incredible views. The restaurant was set with wonderful views of the Cairngorms; the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent.
Enjoyed the visit but found the food to be a wee bit on the expensive side. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Nice atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Food is tasty, although a bit pricey (which is understandable considering the location and facilities). Service is good. You might have to wait for a table to become available in crowded days (such as those following snow). We had the
I will give 4 stars because I don't want to mark down place I have not been recently. I visited this few years ago and was very disappointed. I went hillwalking past this place in the hottest day in Scotland so far and would have loved some ice cream.. Unfortunately it was closed for maintenance. Hi
