I have a Starbucks addiction. And this is most constantly the best one I go to. The staff are always friendly and the Drinks are always good
It’s nice. I like the classic hot chocolate or the white chocolate mocha with the cinnamon syrup.
Nice coffee, friendly staff, easy parking.
Only nag is the pot holes entering the carpark
Strangely there is another branch just a few miles further up the road towards Thetford at Snetterton. Which has the advantage of being at an off ramp so can be easily got to from both carriages ways. Also garage, Greggs and McDonald's on site. Whereas this only has a garage. But a lot more dedicated free parking. It was a former Little Chef whereas the other is purpose built.
Great little stop for a break, welcomes dogs which is a plus side.
Especially when the planning permission is granted for the dog walking area adjacent to the car park.

A nice clean service station stop on a long journey with a one year old. Wasn't too crowded or busy. It was a shame there was only one toilet available at the time, but the baby changing facilities were good. Great to see free sanitary products in the accessible toilet. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Would visit again.

PROS: Chilled out atmosphere, friendly staff, comfy seating, drive-thru and sit-in available.
CONS: No power outlets for laptops/smartphones, poorly maintained facilities (no toilet paper in any of the WCs).
Stopped for a drink on way home as long duration without a drink. Coffee was standard.
A fairly large service station version of Starbucks. With both indoor seating, eat in and Drivethru options available. Plenty of parking available.
The small but efficient team keep pace happily with orders and offer great customer care. Can often be empty inside as many just use the drivethru function.
Currently they are offering for individuals to come and use the space as a distraction free study/revision space, with student card holders having discount on drinks and food.
Always a good place to stop on the way out of Norwich. Super expensive but that is the brand's fault not anyone that works there!
Very quiet and chilled atmosphere, great coffee and staff very nice. Perfect stop on a long drive.
It's a Starbucks. The toilets are in the spiral stairs. Plenty room inside to sit. Just be carefull where park. As one car parks has large pot holes all through it
