My husband fetched chips with curry sauce, mushy peas and chips and Roe for me. Sauce good flavour, chips tasty but peas a strange shade of green.
However the Roe was ok but such a thin slice. I've noticed around here tinned Roe although quite cheap to buy, chippies give such small slices.

Great food well cooked. Service is great. Atmosphere? Nothing special but it's just a chippy and as chippy's go, it's as it should be....a chippy! Besy one in Atherstone.
Nice fish and chip dinner. Plenty of fish n chips in a single potion.
Great food. I recommend the kebabs in naan. Quick and friendly service. The shop's a bit dingy but don't let that put you off.
Even though we had read some poor reviews on this retailer it was a 'Needs Must' situation.
But have to say, was pleasantly surprised with service, quality of food and cost. Very happy.

Me and my fiancée stopped in Atherstone last Saturday and popped in 5 minutes before they closed. Despite shutting the shop, they turned the frier back on for us and cooked some chips up. 5 stars for service and the food was brilliant.
Fish was a bit greasy for me so had to take the batter off otherwise very good, one portion of chips would have been enough for the 2 of us as there were plenty of them

Service is good its at a good price same as elsewhere. There is a good variety on the menu. I prefer chips to be crispy not soft. That why it's not 5 star.
Never had any problems always been nice food and cant beat them on price
