Coped easily with a party of 16, wonderful food & wonderful service. I hartily recommend. They have helped to make it a perfect birthday.
We had a really lovely evening!!...great food (although heavy on the salad garnish�) my chargrilled king prawns were heavenly!! Staff are welcoming & friendly, and most importantly the rose wine was chilled to perfection. You must try it!!
This restaurant is an absolute gem , the food is exceptional and the staff are really friendly. We have eaten here lots of times and we have never been disappointed, considering it's not on a main road or in the town it's always busy .
All I would say is try it yourself !!! You won't be disappointed.x

First ever Christmas dinner out, amazing food and friendly staff, highly recommend and deffo same again next year, plus a few more take outs and sit ins during the year

Been a few times now. I am really weary were I have curries from. I cannot fault Maya. Food. is served to top standard. Staff are really helpful and friendly ( children are made welcome ). I would certainly recommend them

Very enjoyable meal here on a Friday evening. Not especially busy, but pleasant atmosphere. Food perhaps a little slow to arrive but we enjoyed the relaxed pace. Food was delicious, all six of us were delighted with our meal, spice levels were exactly as described and just what we wanted. Some interesting alternatives to standard curries. Well worth the visit and we will definitely be back!

Have visited twice and can honestly say on both occasions the waiters went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. On our second visit the waiters even took time to talk to our little disabled girl. Food was fantastic. Highly recommended. They even made sure that there was no coriander in my sisters meal as she is allergic to it.
Amazing! Had quite a few takeaways from Maya over the years and they've always been great but last night my wife and I decided to eat in...the food was even better. Great atmosphere and the service was also first class and genuine. We could not recommend this place more highly.

The first bite is with the eye - beautifully presented food from a most interesting menu. Rather different from most Indian restaurants with fish and seafood featuring. The staff team are welcoming and attentive. All in all, well worth the walk from our canalside mooring.
We had a group booking for 10 in the early evening at 6pm, there was adequate parking on site and it wasn't too busy when we got there - on Tuesday's they have an offer to get any starter, any main with naan/rice for £12!
Service was prompt and efficient - waiters looked after us and came round to clear empty plates and take any drinks orders for people with empty glasses without being prompted.
The food also arrived in good time. Little details like serving on hot plates and thoughtful presentation was nicely appreciated. The dishes were fresh, tasty and of decent quality, everyone cleared their plates! Overall, an enjoyable atmosphere and definitely a restaurant you would come back to again.

The food and service are both excellent everytime at Maya. They even remembered my husband's birthday after I mentioned it during a previous visit and gave him a free drink. We can highly recommend this friendly restaurant serving delicious Indian food.
