My second visit since the refurbishment has been completed, this time on business with the company VP. Made welcome on arrival and taken to our table. The staff were extremely courteous throughout and very engaging, enjoying some light hearted conversation with us.
The menu was extensive and varied
Our table (f14) of 8 all had beautiful food, excellent service. The waitress that looked after us throughout our visit was very attentive and thorough sorry I didn't get her name

Cycled there on a very hot day. Staff were wonderful, let us leave bikes at the front and ensured we had full water bottles. Quick and efficient service, great beer and excellent food. Not cheap but definitely value for money.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful and they made our 2 spaniels very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the young lady who served us, the food was amazing and the selection of beers and gins made our day! we will definitely be returning again for drinks and food!

Just stayed the night at this charming pub. It is one of the best rooms I have stayed in and I usually stay at the 5* Randolph Hotel in Oxford for business. The rooms are all newly refurbished and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The pub serves wonderful food and there is a great vibe about the place
