First time trying after hearing some great recommendations and it was fantastic! We ordered a selection of starters and mains to share between 4 and all were so tasty and fresh. The staff were so lovely and made a real effort with us. We would go back in a heartbeat and want more people to try this fantastic place.

Wow what a gem thought we would try this place for a change and was amazed how good it was the food was to die for plenty of flavours and spices sent your taste buds wild. Totally different to normal curry house with mixture of Nepalese making it really different plenty of different choices on the menu staff brilliant with open kitchen and couldn't do enough for you nice selection of drinks gurakal beer and everest the favourite plenty of parking near by. But would definitely recommend booking as it's getting bustier as word is spreading been back four times ourselves.

This place is amazing. So glad I finally tried it. The food was authentic, tasty and fresh. Good variety on the menu too. The place itself is quite small but there's a nice atmosphere and the music made me feel like I was in the Himalayas! I will definitely be returning! One of the best in Tameside. 🇳🇵😋

Fantastic meal. We went for the first time this evening and shared a curry. Whilst we were waiting, two separate tables complemented the chefs on how good the food was. We knew before it arrived it was going to be good. Fantastic flavours and there was a ton of choice so we'll need to go back. Service was top notch too!

Delicious food, with attentive service. Arrived drenched from the rain and welcomed by the staff who were quick to ensure we were made comfortable. The curries were delicately spiced, with good quality meat and awesome flavours. The makhani was to die for as was the Kathmandu lamb 😋 Definitely recommend 👌

Always a warm welcome and the food is amazing. You need to book though as it’s so good it gets busy.

The best Nepalese Restaurant we have been to in the UK so far. We had the Steamed Chicken Momos, Gurkha Chicken and the Malai Kulfi. The Naan bread was made to perfection, never felt stiff or rubbery. The Gurkha Chicken was delicious with the right spice levels. The staff is also very friendly and service was great. I would highly recommend Everest Cafe.

What can I say! This Nepali restaurant is a little gem in the heart of Ashton Town. The sea bass was amazing, crisp skin but very tender inside with a beautiful Nepali sauce on top. The tandoori king prawn was beautiful and so tender and the lamb curry was a blast of spices and flavour. Absolutely mouth watering food. The owner, chef and employees were also so friendly and welcoming. The chef came to meet us as Well and I had nothing but compliments to the chef. Absolutely fantastic place. If you want to taste real Nepali food and to experience Nepalese hospitality, I will 100%recommend Everest Cafe! I will definitely go back.

It's a Nepalese restaurant with Nepalese vibe with music and art. The MOMO's (veg/chicken) are authentic Nepalese taste which reminds me of food back home. Tareko macha is again proper Nepalese taste. We normally have small size fish straight from the river in Nepal but big version is great. This was a great place to celebrate our Nepalese New Year 2079.
