Excellent service from start to finish. We we're greeted at the door by a member of staff who lead us to our table then introduced our waitress. The waitress then went through the menu explaining the dishes.
The meals were very substantial and excellent quality, as were the cocktails.

I came today with my son who is autistic and I thought a quiet atmosphere would be good for him. I was a little apprehensive as its all about the quiet dining experience. It was fine and my son was fine. Aaron our server was pleasant and attentive and the food was lovely
Itβs Miller and Carter, whatβs not to like. Great as always, service was good here too.
I wanted to do a little work on my laptop in the bar area first and was offered a socket which was kind of them.
Food always amazing although I will say they used to have the nachos with an almost biscuit style nacho which was amazing! Now they all seem to have dropped that and gone to a normal nacho. Bring them backβ¦.
Miller & Carter was amazing! Food portions very good, well made, lovely seasoning. The "dirty burger" was great. The fish dishes were very tasty as well. We had a great time with our friends. Everyone wants to come back!

Took the family here and was surprised by the upmarket feel of the restaurant. This was soon reflected in the large bill at the end. I wish I could say the meals justified the cost and although my burger was very nice - it stung a bit.
Great Staff (Bethany) attentive but not invasive and the steaks are to die for.
Great ambience, clean and we'll thought out. 11 out of 10. Not cheap but nothing actually good is. Will def be back

The food as always with Miller and Carter was superb as were the serving staff. It was very busy so food was a little slow to arrive and I ordered a drink with my food which arrived with my bill which was rather annoying.
The manager I found arrogant and ignorant, no eye contact and I was told bluntly to get a drink and come back at 6, even though we arrived at 5.50pm and a couple who arrived at the same time were seated immediately and treated more courteously than we were.
We got a drink and returned 10 mins later and was about to be taken to the main restartaunt when this man told the lady on reception to instead seat us near the bar which I found to not to be like my usual experience when I visit Miller and Carter and felt the service was nowhere near the standard I usually l reveive when I visit the King Street branch in Manchester City centre usually or when I visited the branch at Albert Dock, Liverpool.
I will stick to King Street in the future where Im always made to feel welcome and not made to sit in shoddy pub-like seating practically right next to where I'd been asked to get a drink and come back 10 mins later to be seated.
I don't expect to sit in a busy under- staffed bar when Im paying expensive prices for food and drinks, I expect better service and better seating.
I hope this is taken on board and the manager spoken to about his attitude which I found unprofessional and arrogant.
The chef as always was great, is still my favourite place for steak but perhaps I will change venues next time.

Visited Miller and Carter with my partner and our son on Saturday. Only going to comment on my own experience. We didn't book a table because it was a last minute decision to go here to try it out. Went in asked if they had a table for us and they did so we had turned up at the right time I guess. Then we were taken to our table and passed the menu as expected a couple of minutes later ordered some drinks also ordered our food as well. My starter was the buffalo chicken wings π which I enjoyed. Had a steak and chips for mains nice and i got to a point where I wasn't sure if I'd finish it but I did π. Ordered a cheesecake for desert and that was a disappointment. Came out looking great with a strawberry sauce over it so definitely looked the part but when trying to eat it from the texture you knew straight away it could of came out of a freezer and was too long before it was served so marked down for that. The service wasn't the greatest and the place wasn't at full capacity so that was marked down also. Would I go again π€ yes and would recommend to anyone just not the cheesecake.

The food is great and I canβt fault it.The staff are very friendly and attentive and on the ball. The surroundings are very comfortable and make for a very relaxing evening.However having ordered our food of steak with a starter of lettuce wedge I would have preferred to have more time to eat the lettuce maybe 10 minutes before my steak arrives but as they arrived at the same time it was not acceptable.
When you first opened In Ashton this was the case but not any more.
Had a three course lunch for two with drinks for what felt like a reasonable Β£80. Steaks were perfectly cooked, seasoned and delicious. Host and Service staff pleasant, efficient and friendly despite it getting busy for a Wednesday afternoon. Five stars to the Chef and kitchen team; I will be back to try some different cuts!
Just had a Stunning meal here, was excellent from start to leaving. Friendly greeting on arrival, our server was friendly and engaging. Did have to wait to long, drinks cold and food perfectly cooked. I had Ribs "awesome", maple chicken was well recommended and steaks were as ordered. We're also surprised with a fruit meringue with Happy birthday written in caramel sauce for my wife. Thank you all for a great evening
I am happy to have dinner in Ashton moss Miller restaurant. Staff is friendly and polite. The food is great, i have order few drink, they can send the drink to me in a minutes. Also those cocktail is good, taste is fresh. And restaurant had happy hour offer discount for customer. Lobstar tail is great quility it is value for money. I am lije it very much.
I will come back this Miller.remember there have dress code requirement
Delicious food, great service by waiters they were attentive to the customers, toilets were clean nice atmosphere. The food was pricey but you get what you pay for.
Omg the food was beyond amazing, great service had the best waitress so kind sweet and friendly, cant wait go back, warm cozy atmosphere loved every set of food and service. Highly recommend booked to go back and cant wait, makes my mouth water thinking about the food

The restaurant also feels very open and full of natural light - really improving the overall experience.
