Got table straight away, the potato skins were a bit cold, loved my chicken and pulled pork burger. Fries hot.
Not been for a few months due to a bad experience with previous management. We tried it on the off chance tonight and were pleasantly surprised! The service was second to none, the food was cooked so fresh and the menu was simplified. The atmosphere was so relaxed with new music everyone was so friendly, the staff looked happy to be in work. We will be coming back really soon, love this place ��
I love Frankie & Benny’s. I took 4 of my girls there yesterday for lunch and as usually the food was amazing and the service was wonderful (very friendly waiter).
I'm not one to ever leave feedback. But I couldn't by pass the fantastic service and hospitality we received from Ashton Moss Frankie & Bennys.
My son and his entire Reception Class went on a school trip to this restaurant today.
From the minute we arrived the children and adults were looked after amazingly.
Most people wouldn't have the patience to handle 30 odd 4&5 year olds in their establishment but for these guys nothing was too much trouble.
The kids made pizzas and decorated chefs hats. The restaurant even awarded prizes to the children with the best hats (they even thought of the little things! Brilliant! I take my hat off to you.

Although this is just another American dinner, have to say the service was great and all the food came together and piping hot. Lovely staff and very accommodating to our requirements 🙏👏.

The food was really tasty and fresh I would recommend the mozzarella sticks for a starter as they are the nicest I've ever tried, pizza is great and juicy. Also the staff are very friendly and engage in conversation. It was calm and relaxed with no discomfort and I was able to enjoy a great meal with my family not the cheapest of places but you will have a great time. I noticed also that the staff were very helpful when it came to assisting a disabled person that was with another family there.
Popped in for a quick bite after the cinema. The service was quick and the food was nice. It is great that you can pay online at your table so you don't have find a waiter/waitress.
It's nice for a chain company but the food felt a little under whelming. I think it's gone down in quality and flavour but still enjoyable.
I’ll be honest we came here as the Nando’s queue was huge and there were plenty of tables.
We were very pleasantly surprised with how good the service was and the quality of the food.
The vegan selection was so good and we had the vegan pepperoni bake and the bbq wingz. The star of the show was the tear and share garlic bread.

Perfect spot for food after you've been to the cinema. The staff are fab, our server was very nice. The menu has almost too much choice and they have no issues in checking on any allergy advice. Cleanliness was fine and they now have a "pay my bill" feature on their website.
Food was great, big enough portions and after a main and dessert, we were all stuffed! I had the steak on salad and was spot on. The sticky toffee pudding was awesome ... Wish I'd had my wife's Apple pie though ... Custard AND ice cream in separate jugs.
Only minor things were the music varied in loudness a bit for me, sometimes a bit loud for us to talk around the table. The special instruction from the app did not pass through to the restaurant, but I know they were having technical issues as the registration page was broken.
On the whole, pretty good, 100 quid for 5 of us.

The staff were really attentive (but not too overly), very good with regards to my allergy as its not an allergy that on the allergen sheet the staff went to check if I would be okay with several items I wasn't sure about

Popped in for lunch as they had a decent selection of vegan options. This exceeded my expectations, the vegan BBQ wings with sugarcane bones were really good, great crunchy outside. I had the vegan meatball sub and it was really tasty, bit of a kick with a Italian tomato sauce, the vegan mozzarella worked really well. Staff friendly and I enjoyed sitting in the booth style seating.
Amazing service ❤️ seated immediately, drinks order brought within 5 mins and main food order arrived so quickly. Food was lovely, hot and tasty 😋.

We was greeted by smiling young man that took us to our table.
Kelly came to take our drink order.
Then once the drinks arrived we placed our food order.
The starters turned up and was lovely.
Kelly asked if everything was ok ?
It was. Kelly was getting quite busy. A family sat and the baby was crying, Kelly was helping them. Our mains was coming out, they looked good, but Kelly noticed my son's hot dog wasn't plane like we had ordered. She apologised and ordered another one. The food was amazing. A great visit.
We went into this frankie and benny's after the cinema and had a great meal with great service. The food was on point, and so impressed by our server, we gave her a nice tip. Thanks, and see you again.
Was very nice went for a birthday gathering so was nice for birthday girl ordered pizza and when I got it was burnt underneath but was happy to change it just couldn't start at same times as others but was only 5/10 min behind I probably won't go back cause its pricy for what you get
Nice atmosphere good for the family they do deals every so often kids eat for a pound this isn't my first time returning here I had just decided to review it now they have a new menu
Just collected macaroni cheese. Still piping hot when we got home. Delicious food. Lovely and creamy. Excellent service from Tim at the Ashton moss site. Will definitely be coming back
