I went to Bella Italia this evening for a date night meal with my boyfriend. The starters were lovely & my boyfriends main was great too but I did not like my main pasta dish (mainly due to personal preference & it was slightly bland but the prawns were cooked great). Due to myself having social anxiety, I decided I wasn’t going to say anything because I felt too awkward and was most likely going to just box it up and let my boyfriend eat it at home instead 🤣. However, when we asked for the bill and the manager Abby saw my full plate, she questioned if the food was okay which I admitted I didn’t like it but it’s okay because I’ll just get a snack at home. Abby showed a great level of concern over this and insisted on getting me a different meal to take home with me because she didn’t want me going home unsatisfied/hungry. Abby is a great asset to Bella Italia & I hope she is recognised as such ❤️ Also, I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name but the other manager was lovely & attentive too

Lovely staff but lacking management support. Told to order on our phone as the girls were so busy but it wouldn't work. Even then the staff were patient. Managers sat chatting when they could have been helping. Food was very good and the place was clean and tidy.

The waiter didn't take notes and forgot my salad and they forgot pepperoni on his pizza but it soon got remedied. I had lentil Ragu which didn't seem to have many lentils in it and it was spicier than I expected but I've never had it before.

I want to start saying that the pizza wasn’t the best I’ve eaten (I’m Italian so perhaps that is to take into consideration when reading this review). I decided to still give 5 stars thanks to Abbie, our waitress. She has done an exception job. She has been so polite and caring, paying attention to our needs (we are vegetarian). Excellent customers service skills. If it wasn’t for her, I would have rated this place 3 stars. Honestly guys, she is a great asset to your team!

Pleasant atmosphere, with a busy vibe. Staff seemed stretched but still made sure we had what we needed. Reasonably priced and good portion sizes. The lasagne was very dry but still edible, everyone else enjoyed their mains and had no complaints. Overall a lovely evening with family and would happily return.

Popped in to see if there was a table for 2. 6:30pm tuesday. Seated immediately. Ordered a rosè wine and a bottled beer. Both served promptly. We shared a cheese garlic bread and mushroom alforno. Both were delicious. My wife had spaghetti carbonara for her main. She really enjoyed it. I had the spicy sausage pasta. Really nice. I like hot spicy food, this didnt disappoint. Not overly hot. But a nice spice with real chilies.

I like to come back to this place which has an amazing and delicious food and staff going above and beyond to best serve customers. Any family event is worth going to Bella Italia. And this is the reason this place is full of happy people when you come here. Always great food for kids too.
