Thank you to Abdul and all the staff at Amani, for an excellent meal, good service, and a fantastic night. Here from Switzerland visiting my sister, I highly recommend that all who like indien cuisine try just once eating there, I assure you will return!

Everything on the food side was excellent,
But the drinks are expensive :- £5.50 for a small white wine spritzer, is a bit over the top i thinks.
Would go again but not buy alcoholic drinks.

The food was rated as excellent by all seven diners. Service was prompt and efficient without being intrusive. The atmosphere was good, but can get a bit loud because of how busy it gets. You can't have everything.

There was a large party of us and so we did the "party menu" £19.95 pp for 3 courses and side (pops & chutneys, mixed starter, any main and rice, chips or naan).
Service was great and attentive. Food was just as good. I had the chicken tikka makhani for my main and it was sweet, savoury and creamy, very easy to eat and mild. Everything delicious from the popadoms and chutney to the sides. Ordered a side starter of garlic mushroom puri, which was very tasty but slightly lacking in garlic. Maybe that's just personal preference though.
Everything else was lovely, hot, fresh and very tasty....salad garnish was super fresh and garlic naan exceptional! Service great and nothing too much trouble. Only criticism is a £5 minimum card payment at bar. Overall 9.5/10 would definitely return!

Went for my partner's birthday meal and the restaurant was very accommodating after booking with very short notice as our original plans had fallen through last minute at another restaurant which had let us down and we are soo thankful they did as this restaurant really made my partner's birthday special.
From start to finish the whole experience was faultless.
A member of staff greeted us upon arrival.
There was a very slight wait despite the restaurant being exceptionally busy.
There was a waiting lounge area to accommodate this.
Once seated the waiting staff were amazing, very attentive noticing when we needed things without us having to ask.
Food came very quickly.
Many waiting staff to accommodate the volume of customers.
I was also incredibly appreciative that after me asking staff to accommodate some kind of birthday dessert or something along the lines to be brought to the table to surprise my boyfriend, they kindly brought a slice of cake with a candle and serenaded him which really made it special for him.
Thank you! You saved my boyfriend's birthday meal and made it more than we could have hoped for.
Wonderful food as always but felt very rushed by the staff. Only just put cutlery down from eating my main meal and was asked if we wanted the bill.... we would've liked dessert and more drinks. Then as the dishes were cleared another member of staff asked if he could bring the bill. After only an hour of being there we left feeling rushed and quite disappointed.
As usual a great night with a few friends who worked together we try to meet up every 6 weeks and always it's a curry night and always Amaani
