Had a lovely meal there today with Tameside Local History Forum. My first Christmas dinner and it is still November!

Sitting outside is a lovely place for a bite to eat with views of the canal boats. The menu is basic but its enough. The ice cream scoops are very small for £2

First time my husband and I have visited here. We decided to treat ourselves to a large Sunday breakfast and we can assure you we were not disappointed. The food was excellent, cooked to order, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We highly recommend and will definitely visit again in the near future. Date of our visit 1st October 2023. See you again Tony & Marjorie Lowe

A nice little cafe good menu meals made fresh, so sometimes a bit of a wait but not a problem when the food is hot and tasty.

What a wonderful place, Dementia Friendly too. I have had many events there supporting people living with Dementia. Very friendly staff, caring and accommodating to meet everyone’s needs. The food delicious and fresh. Highly recommend anyone to visit and pre arrange groups attending. Everyone is made so welcome. Well done Brian and the Team supporting our communities ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I ate breakfast which was good but too small compared to the price. Quiet, peaceful, nice view from the garden. In the background you can hear animals such as pigs, sheep, chickens, etc.

A delicious afternoon tea delivered on time. An amazing array of sandwiches and wonderful scones. We hardly touched the cakes we were so full. We saved them for later! Wonderful value, in fact I think you should charge more. Thank you. Jennifer Buckland

Surprisingly good and good value Christmas lunch with my mother in law and her daughters. The place itself is nothing to shout about except for the possibility of walking along the canal but the lunch was very good. Freshly cooked, nicely served. Lovely piece of salmon, really crisp but light roast potatoes, freshly prepared vegetables and mine pies that weren't out of a packet. But I now find out you can only pay by cash! No credit or debit cards. But it Is quite reasonable so you don't need to raid the ATM beforehand.

I recently ordered some catering for 20 people. Due to it being last minute I was struggling to find anyone who wasn't booked. So glad I found bridge view cafe, I asked for what they thought was best for 20 people and it was amazing beautiful food. Me and my guests are already talking about using there services again. Thank you so much

My wife and I visited for festive afternoon tea won as a radio prize. There was a warm and friendly welcome and the table was nicely set and Christmas crackers were provided. There was a good selection of mini-sandwiches and small cakes, scones with jam and cream, mince pies, trifle and chocolate cake. All this was accompanied by prosecco and tea. We struggled to eat so much food but it was too nice to leave! The service was excellent, friendly and chatty. We both enjoyed the whole experience.

Stopped here on the first Saturday of the month as they host the Armed Forces Breakfast Club where mutual support and help and advice can be found over a cup of coffee or tea and a full English Breakfast. The staff were great its nice and clean and the food was cooked to perfection.
