Seen this brewery several times when visiting Ashford Outlet. Having had many other good experiences with brewery taprooms (Westerham, Titsey and Dorking (Gin Kitchen)) decided to visit as we were in the area. It’s easy to book a table. Car parking was plentiful. Service was good and the waitresses were friendly and pleasant. There is a lot of seating at high and low tables. Menu has small plates and mains. Had a chicken burger - probably the best I’ve ever had and a couple of drinks - the cider was pleasant enough, but the Millionaire’s stout was the best stout I’ve ever had. Recommend a visit.

£20 pp beer tasting tour. Went for a tour around the brewery, I thought it would be slightly bigger than it was but it was very informative and clearly explained. Small group tours that started with smelling the different types of hops. Brewery process and any questions answered. Then back up to the bar for tasters of all their beers. I would recommend the IPA but personally not a fan of the porter. To end they gave everyone a curious pint glass to take home. Well worth the price paid imo.

When we checked in at the hotel, we saw that there was a brewery across the street. Since we had nothing planned, we booked a table for three the same evening. The restaurant and bar is located in a large, pleasant room where there were quite a lot of people when we arrived. We started by ordering drinks that were produced next to the restaurant. It tasted really good. We then ordered fish and chips and Caesar sallad, togerher with foccacia bread, and everyone was very happy with the food. Since we will be in Ashford for several days, it is likely that we will take another dinner at Curiois Brewery!

What a find. Didn’t expect this opposite the Hilton in Ashford International. Don’t go anywhere else. Drinks are great, food is perfect and the service is exceptional, very attentive and knowledgeable. Would love to come back with more time for a tour.

Good atmosphere (Thursday 8pm) with great food (chicken wings and chips). The beer is obviously great with it being top UK craft brewery and the staff were freindly and approachable. The brewery is well positioned in the town with great outside spaces and well thought out decor (and music). The menu is not geared for children however there is space for them to feel comfortable if your taking them snacks while you eat from the menu. I'd go again and I suggest you do too. Price point was £14 for chips, wings and a half pint which is very reasonable considering the overheads and facilities they have in the bar/restaurant!

Excellent Beer! The food was well presented and yummy! Staff is attentive and professional. The Brewery architectural design is modern and was made with taste and vision. Remember, if you drink don't drive but there's parking available on site.

Starters : Confit duck spring rolls with soy sauce so tasty. Tempura mussels perfectly done and crispy enough. Main : Chicken Caesar Burger, really good taste and cooked well. The atmosphere was great and service very helpful and knowledgeable about this special place. A big bravo to the kitchen team as well. I’m visiting different places and I’ll definitely come back to this one. Thank you for the amazing experience ✌️🙏

Great location and pub restaurant open plan with wide benches and large tables. But we had a 40th birthday party and the food was awful , we were brought food out that was very below a pub standard the risotto looked like wallpaper paste and the gravy on the sausage and mash was just bisto very watery. The service was poor and no follow up on our food as we left it. They did take the 2 meal’s off the bill but very disappointed.

We had the tour which was very informative. Then went upstairs to the bar for many beers. A good night will definitely visit again.

First visit after it has been open for 2 weeks. Firstly, the food was really good. The burger and brownie was excellent, the puff pastry apple pie was a bit average as it was burnt but they too that off the bill. Unfortunately, we found the service to be a tad on the slow side. We didn't starters and we were there 3 and half hours, took a while a taking drink orders and had to ask them to clear plates. I think it will get better with time. We loved the design and interior design of the building. Definitely will return.

Enjoyed beer and steak on their second weekend. A great venue and atmosphere. Staff were pretty busy but only to be expected while the place gets up to speed.

We tried to book a brewery tour, but alas both of the tour guides had managed to get holiday at the same time. When I called and spoke to Joe about this, he was very apologetic and organised for us to have a private tasting over dinner. This was a genius idea as trying the IPA, Larger and Cider really gave us a good idea of what we liked. Samples of the Porter and the Belgium style all available and forthcoming when asked for. We settled on the Belgium Style beer (currently their tank beer) and not available to take away. :o( The food was great, Scotch Egg and Duck Spring Rolls to start were good, not too big to put you off your mains. Steak and fries for my wife and the Curious burger for me. Nothing was too much trouble and Joe looked after us brilliantly. We offered to move tables as we were enjoying ourselves and didn't want to leave, but knew the table was booked after us. Joe flawlessly found us another table with no fuss and moved us so that we could continue to enjoy our evening. The desserts rounded off a great evening with style. To all the 1, 2 or 3 star reviews, I'm so sorry you did not experience this unique venue the way that we did, at it's best. There is only one problem with the Curious Brewery, it's too far away from where we live for us to visit as often as we'd like. ;o) Thanks Joe and your team for a great and memorable evening.

Great local brewery and restruant. Not sure why there are negative reviews as our experience was 5 star. Staff very attentive, informative and funny. Great beer and wine. 1st time trying the Chapel Down white wine which was lovely. I had the Ham Hock 'Bitterballen' starter which was very tasty. Then the RUMP Steak, 8oz ‘Crouch’s rump steak, layered potato cake, wild mushrooms, tender stem broccoli & chimichurri sauce. OMG sooooo tasty. Thanks to all at Curious Brewery for a great experience on our daughters 25th birthday. Happy birthday Georgia x
