Our family have used this restaurant for many years, The food is as good today as when we first visited, We would highly recommend Shappi.
We were a little concerned when we heard that the place was under new ownership but we were pleased to see familiar faces on our recent visits.
It was a little strange not to see the regular Boss Man but the new owner seems very helpful and accommodating.
Only thing missing was the offer of a Coffee or Drink on the house at the end of the evening but I am sure that this is something that we can work on π

Great meal at Shappi's this evening. Arrived with family to find under new ownership and was a little worried the food wouldn't be as good as we were used to. I'm glad to say the food was amazing, I would like to give new owner Showaib top marks for providing a great meal and service. We will definitely be visiting again soon ππ
We were here for my mums 70th Birthday as she always stated they do the best takeaway. Catering for 25 of us in one sitting, Shappi restaurant did a good job to bring out the food hot, and all at the same time. Admittedly we had to wait longer for the food to come out than normal, but would you expect cooking for that many people. It gave us time to sit, relax and chat among ourselves. Credit where credit is due, well done π

The Shappi of Ashford is one the places around London where I have tried almost identical Indian food to my home country India. I have been a customer there for a few months and cannot deny it that the customer service has never failed me adn has always been at its best.
As well somtimes I have ordered it online. The food was still delicious and was here at the time stated or even a few mintes before.
To anyone who wants to eat Indian, I highly recommend this place.

Lovely food! I had one of my first Indian meals here 20 years ago. Have tried it again for takeaway o er the last 6 months and the food is delicious. Such friendly staff too. Great restaurant!

Went here on the night of reopening after lockdown..... my word it really has to be some, if not the best Indian food I've ever had.... truly wonderful... the staff are also very polite and attentive...
Amazing place, have been visiting for years now and have not once had a bad meal or bad service, if delivery it's prompt and hot, if eating in the service is superb and very comfortable... would give them more stars if I could!!
Nice quiet restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff. Nice food, with 1-2 drinks it works out at Β£20 per person.
