It's not too bad of a venue. Great customer service. All the bar staff are lovely the new manger is great and friendly. The new owner is a great guy
People should give this venue another chance Chris is owner and Dee is manager and she great and summa the bar maid is the beat and the rest are very polite
So much better it is reopen and under new management, nice place to have a few drink and play a few games of pool
I LOVE IT. The odd idiot easy to forgive. It's worth it.
Was just passing on my home and saw an acqaintance so popped in for one Service brilliant but stock on not (really boring real ale - Doombar - its gone out of favour long ago - so had Red) - have just left the premises Trying their hardest to get it back up to what it was - stock improved but prod
Went there for a pint before going for a meal elsewhere. Monday night so it was pretty quiet. Big pub that gets busy on the weekend nights. Drinks are very good in price. 2 pints £6 so can't argue with that :)
If your after top service and 1st class food go elsewhere. If your after a friendly atmosphere, standard food but good selection of spirits and half decent DJ's with good club music selection, then give it a go.
We had scampi and chips of the 2 for £10 menu. It was very nice, freshly cooked and good presentation. We would eat here again.
Great fast service when getting your food and the whole member of staff are very kind and polite to the customers and also get very busy on a Saturday night with a DJ who comes and plays really great music. I would rate this pub the best one out of the rest in the Ashford town centre 100%
Great lively bar, enjoyed the evening out with my eldest son and his friend. Friendly staff, and good beer and low prices, definately recommend to others and will be returning myself!
Friendly sports bar, welcoming and great ale especially at Happy hour prices
Th Phoenix is a lovely little pub not far from subway just around the corner from there. The staff are lovely and friendly, have plenty of space for people to sit in, food is lovely and reasonable price, plenty of tv's if you want to watch bit of tv while socialising, has one pool table so if you lo
Two pool tables that's what drew me in and it's large layout loads of tvs showing sport nice polite bar staff
Visited late afternoon, place was very quiet. Was greeted in a very pleasant manner, served with a smile, the cider was good and reasonably priced.
Good enough atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon for watching football, but more rowdy as you would expect on a Friday or Saturday evening.
Great pub, lovely breakfast at an amazing price, friendly welcoming staff couldn't recommend it more , will be going back asap
